Sunweb surpassed our expectations for our recent ski holiday. Excellent service, excellent value for money and superb hotel. Sunweb beats their UK rivals for the quality and value.

What a FANTASTIC service!
What a FANTASTIC service!! Had a problem with our ski holiday booking. Spoke to two different customer services assistants, both very polite, helpful and fully explained our options. Christine was amazing not only helping us but also explaining to us how to avoid the same situation occurring again. We have used Sunweb before for skiing and had great experiences both times and our children have also used them as they offer such great deals with the lift passes included. We have never had a problem with accommodation, transfers or lift passes and would thoroughly recommend them. Customer services are brilliant should any hiccups arise.

Literally a bunch of crooks
Literally a bunch of crooks in with Ski-Lifts to make money off of people and provide the worst service possible.
Advised transfer would be late, we waited well over the the alloted rime, they "offered" for us to pay for a taxi and claim money back (which I very much doubt would have happened) but also say the transfer was on its way so we opted to wait for the one we had already paid for.
He was not eventually they got us a taxi but we'll over 2 hrs late. When advising SunWebs of this they just came up with stories and are not interested.
Use at your peril/Same for Ski Lifts.
UPDATE: We have now received a partial refund. Better but still not a company I would use again.
