Great clothes and welcoming staff

Superdry just seem to have great clothes that stand out from other retailers.
In addition the staff member that I spoke to was really helpful, she helped me find a shirt in the size I wanted as I couldn't see it on the rack and she could see one was in stock so got out a tracker gun to hunt it down. She also showed me where the changing rooms were and was just very polite and welcoming. Great asset to your store.

A pleasure to shop there

I have brought several items from the Basingstoke store including the staff ordering me some items that they didn’t have in store and I must say that it has been a pleasure
The staff were so helpful and nothing was to much trouble
I got all the items I wanted for Christmas presents
I even returned one item and the refund process was faultless
Well done to the team in Basingstoke
I will definitely go shopping there in the new year
