Excellent service from staff ordering product in my preferred colour not available in store in my size. Then arranging free home delivery which arrived within a week.

Unfortunately my purchase was damaged however, it was resolved very quickly with no fuss and the staff were friendly, polite and accommodating.

Whilst I was advised that delivery to store.would be the next say, it actually took 2 days.
No issue with the products themselves, or the service of the staff when collecting the order.

Great products, speedy service and helpful staff in Chelmsford store

I went to Chelmsfod branch to exchange a Christmas present with my husband. We had our receipt and item was purchased from the same branch, unfortunately service we received was not great. I was asked to rebuy the jacket for £200 as I believe they didn’t know how to do a simple exchange. I was told that it would take up to 3 days for refund of £200 to go in my account but in the mean time I should spend another £200 to buy a similar jacket which fits me. When challenged the manager her mannerism and the tone of her voice was not acceptable. She decided to do the exchange but this time we was told we wouldn’t get a receipt for the new item worth £200. None of it made any sense as we didn’t want a refund in the first place. I should suggest that team members should be trained properly on how to treat customers and company policies. Shopping experience shouldn’t make you feel the way we were made to feel in front of other customers

It was handy and I was able to track progress.

The lady who served me (sorry don’t know her name) was so helpful. The store didn’t have the particular tshirt I wanted, she found it online and ordered it for me to be sent to my home. She was so pleasant and went out of her way to help me. Thank you.

Superdry only want people who are technically able to purchase their items. My mother attempted to buy a jumper as a gift from them but when it wasn’t in stock they refused to order her one in as she didn’t have an email. I’m sure she’s not the only 77 year old without email or a smart phone. Absolutely ridiculous. And when I contacted them I was given a raft of excuses but no real reason. NEVER AGAIN!!

SUCH A GREAT JACKET, BUT WAS NOT FOR ME, ILOOKED LIKE A FAT SNOW MAN IN IT SUCH ASHAME, HAD TO RETURN TO SHOP, COULD NOT GET A LABEL OFF COMPUTER SO HAD TO TAKE BACK TO SHOP FOR REFUND, THANK YOU ANY WAY, STAY SAFE ALL OF YOU. ITOOK MY JACKET BACK ON 25/11/22, FOR REFUND, ORDERED ON LINE,22/11/22
