Nice music in store and lots of options on t-shirts..
Value for money

I am due to go on holiday next week so I purchased a pair of sunglasses and had them delivered to the Argyle Street store in Glasgow. At the collection point I opened the package to make sure the glasses were ok but unfortunately the front of the right lense was scratched, so the checkout assistant ordered me a new pair and said they would probably be re delivered in two days time, on Thursday 02/05 and I would receive an email confirmation in a few hours.

I queried the fact I was to leave the store at that point with no proof of the transaction and therefore if an issue was to arise then I had nothing to show the new transaction had taken place, so the store assistant called the manager and she came up stairs and after some persuasion she wrote the details down on a piece of paper and gave me a hand written receipt and again assured me I should receive an email confirmation with a few hours.

Two days later and still no email of any sort so I went back to the store to see if the glasses had arrived as suggested by the store. I explained the situation and showed the hand written receipt and the girl was a bit puzzled and checked the storeroom but nothing had been delivered. She suggested I should wait a few days but I explained I didn’t have a few days as I was going on holiday in a few days, so I needed to know so I could order a new pair. She checked the transaction history but could see no incoming order. After some time checking the iPad she took my details and agreed to call me back the following day with an update.

The next day I received a voicemail from the assistant stating the glasses were on back order as there was no stock left and by the end of the day 1 of 2 things could happen. Either, new stock would come in and I would receive a new email confirming when they would be delivered or if still no stock I would receive a new email confirming they were out of stock and I would be refunded, and sent a gift card to the value of my transaction.

Sadly, the day has come and gone and neither has happened so it’s left to me to contact the store for an update, to no doubt be told I will receive some sort of email 📧 😩

I went in to return a pair of Combat Trousers that were too big. I asked the young Lassie behind the counter if I could swap them for a couple of T-Shirts, no problems at all, I paid the difference and was out in 2 minutes flat. Good Staff with good attitudes, and Smiling, I like that, nothing worse than returning clothes, and having to deal with a miserable git. Keep up the good work!

Bought a beautiful backpack from here. I love all the backpacks as the last one I bought lasted me for 3 years. It can hold a lot of heavy items and has lots of pockets.

I've used Super dry for a while now. The place is fine, staff are also nice and polite. I've got maybe 6 or 7 of your shirts. Though I've only just noticed that one of the sleeves, the turn up on upper left arm is dull. The other arms turn up is white floral dots. So white on one, very dull on the other. I've got receipts for the other new ones, but not for the one that's faulty. Very annoying. So £44:95 and now it's going to charity shop. Worn once. Not been washed either.

It is always enjoyable to shop at the stores due to the variety of clothing and good quality too. There is a good selection for all age groups. I especially like the quality of the jackets and I have now purchased quite a few now including one on this occasion.

Friendly staff and large store with plenty of product on show. Shopping with my daughter who is a student, staff found size and styles of things we were looking for, including last size in the shop of one hoodie on display.

Easy to order ! Quality jacket at a great price ! Only problem I have is your company using Evri for deliveries ,in my opinion they are hopeless ,otherwise I'm very happy with everything else !
