I had to return some unwanted items, but had lost my receipt - Store assistant was extremely helpful and polite, and processed my refund (to a store card) quickly and efficiently.

At age 69 my first experience of Superdry was in Hull. Sales lady knew her stock well and showed several choices. My size ( need to go up a size in this brand) out of stock but lady found items on company website for me to order from home. The Fiji long padded coat in Olive quickly arrived and fulfills everything I need, is also gorgeous quality and style, getting many admiring glances.

Excellent all round customer service. Ordering online easy to use. Click and collect at store very good and quick. Had to return due to size not fitting but very easy to do instore. Excellent all round customer service.

Awesome service at St Stephen’s Hull
Me and my daughter arrived close to closing time and the lady shop assistant who helped us was amazing! We experienced help from her like no other shop would offer in this day and age. I asked for a specific product, which turned out unavailable at this store but the lady found a fantastic alternative. Upon paying for the item it turned out to be damaged, I was instantly notified by the assistant and an another item was already in the pipeline for us to purchase. Other shops would have let us purchase this damaged product without us knowing and let us make our way home. The shop assistant was absolutely brilliant, she was so friendly, relaxed and extremely helpful and because of her I will be a returning customer. Thank you so much for your honesty. Faith in humanity restored.
