Superdry - Metro レビュー 

Bad experience. Zip was faulty on the coat in store so was advised to order online on site for home delivery. They selected the wrong coat. Colour, size and even gender. To return this I had to drive 50mile round trip. Though I regularly buy Superdry products due to this experience, the rubbish online returns policy I will not be using or buying this brand again.

Shop staff were very helpful. My choice was not in stock but staff ordered on line delivered in 3 days . Well happy

I had no message to say the item had arrived in store. I only received the dispatch emails which meant my item had been in store for 2 days before I knew to collect it after ringing the store.

The item was out of stock in my size. The member of staff who helped me order online was a lovely guy. He went out of his way to ensure good service. My shirt arrived at the store quickly and all staff I met were great.

Great customer service!

My original order was placed easily and arrived quickly. One of my items was too big and so I got in touch with the social media team who gave me the info to either return through the post or to pop in store.
I went into my local store at the Metrocentre and the staff were fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. They didn't have my item in store but they were able to process an exchange and get a replacement sent out to my home address. It arrived within a couple of days.

On top of the great service, the items themselves are of a lovely quality as usual for Superdry.

Always great reliable delivery and updates with communication

Visited store to look at sale for a family member. Found a jacket we wanted but store didn’t have the right size. Priced differently on-line, advised to buy on-line for the correct size then return to store and they will refund the difference. Staff were friendly and helpful. Not a massive amount of size availability in store. Womens clothes availability and range are not size inclusive.

Excellent service without even asking. A member of staff noticed I couldn't find my size and found it online and had it delivered to my home address within a couple of days. Not often these days you find friendly staff that help you without even asking them brilliant well done !!!

Shop didn't have mens shorts in stock in the size required, the assistant said he could order them for me to be delivered to my home address. They arrived within 3 days of ordering. Excellent service, both from the shop and the warehouse 👏.

Went to the store to collect an online order, tried on the shirts and returned the ones that didn’t fit. At the same time I bought some shirts from the store and some hoodies for my wife. The staff were exceptionally helpful and nothing was too much trouble even locating the correct size from stock or a manikin!
Overall really impressed with the service and the quality of the clothes.

Easy ordering process on-line, added bonus of Bluelight Card holder discount and order in store ready to collect in good time. Products of good quality and fit. Will definitely use click & collect service again.

Good quality clothes, exceptional service

Ordered the item in the shop. Had to be delivered as they did not have my size. Arrived very quickly. Smooth transaction throughout.

Ordered via home delivery and click and collect, both were quick and hustle free. Pleased to see you've swapped the delivery company, as the first one once left a delivery in the garden waste bin. Luckily the jumper was a perfect fit, but I had to wash it three times to get rid of the awful smell.
