Really helpful knowledgable staff who knew stock in store but also alternatives available on the website, which i ordered in store and had delivered directly to home. Was served by Imogen and she was super helpful.

Got my recent purchase during a sale. Item I bought was almost 50% less than original price, quality jacket at a bargain price.
The shop is well laid out, but could do with a bit more lighting, it makes it difficult to see colours properly when they store is quite dark.

Lovely young lad assisted me with with different sizes when I was in the changing room also at the til.There was lovely lady with long dark hair was incredibly helpful too when picking up my online orders both very joyful, friendly and put a huge smile on my face. I will be back. Fabulous customer service these members of staff are a huge asset to your store.

Coat was well packaged. Good quality coat, nicely finished, daughter loves it
