Firstly the store kept my item (I had been unwell so it took me a while to go pick it up) & when I went to the store today, the staff were super helpful & courteous.

Till date I haven’t received my parcel and i am keep chasing courier team to give me update. Worst services.

Fast delivery - perfect for Christmas

Swift delivery and the product was excellent quality and packaged properly.

Very helpful staff member. Very polite, a credit to the company.

Absolutely disgusted regarding my daughters experience with an extremely rude and incompetent security guard accusing her of taking items with no basis for this and then telling her to leave the shop this has really affected her anxiety I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS SHOP AGAIN

Great service - good description of the coat and swift delivery to the store

The young lady in the shop was so helpful in helping me choose the right coat for my daughter. Nothing was too much trouble she was polite and very helpful.

Product sold covered in mold didn't realise until I opened the package

I still have not received my order it’s been more than one week now!

Purchased a pair of cargo pants, ordered exact same but in different colour in store, got home to find security tag not removed had to go back next day to get it removed. Received order, wrong style, size. Back to store to get exchange/order correct.
Again received order, wrong style, size and colour this time.
Back to store, not gonna accept a re-order again, I picked another item and done a straight swap.
Storeperson bagging my item, and I asked about the security tag, explaining they left it on last time and I had to come back. She checked and yep, she missed it. Luckily I was awake.

The delivery timeframe was not met. It was a next day delivery order, but it did not happen like that. The customer service named Dovydas, said there were some issues in transit, but without any other explanation. I was asked if I want a refund and they will try to resend it to me and come back in 5 working day.

With or without customer service it looks like there is no difference.

I am disappointed with the size and quality of the product. I got excessive size than the normal. I take XXL size rou d neck t shirts but in polo t shirts it's like xxxl. I did purchase polo t shirts shopping that end up like this.I spend nearly 70 pounds for both of it and I feel like it's waste of money. I don't like the size and quality of this polo t shirts. I did washed so I am not sure about the return the product.

Easy and convenient to order and to get it quickly from the store!

Absolutely amazing service from two girls in Northampton Superdry…..they went online and found just the vintage blouse I wanted for my sister’s birthday, ordered it for me - and it was delivered to my home a couple of days later.

I own 4 superdry jacket this new one suede one being my fourth. Being autistic & the mix message of superdry customer service via chat & the delivery tracking is somewhat a ball ache & stress. Because yes they email you to tell you its in store. But than the tracking delivery messages says different. And when you ring up the said store ( Northampton one where I had to collect my jacket) well the lady I spoke to had no clue or what I was in about and i feel she could not be asked to deal with my said enquiry on said jacket if it was there. So amongst all that confusion & stress & mixed messages from both parties of tracking & customer service ( chat online) to the actual store its stressful. Being autistic & adhd which i mentioned many times. It seems they don't know the equality act of 2010. Or how to be inclusive of autistic folk like myself or any other disabilities. I Should not have to mention many times im autistic and you tell me. You understand. As you clearly don't its ableism and patronising. When I ask for simple communication to what's was going on with said jacket from start to finshed.

Please train everyone you in employ into your superdry store . Customer service & autism training & both on customer service ( online) & make delivery's more clearer . Ie phone us up to say its in store even a text. Email is great but being autistic we need more than an email.

Other than that . I really like my new suede superdry jacket
