I have just started working out at the gym and treated myself to some new gym wear I really love these outfits really lovely quality I will he ordering again very soon!

Unfortunately after week and a half i still have not received my order, there is no contact numer to either superdry or the delivery company they use. Spoken over chat and it mean to be sorted. 48hrs later and still no order and no refund either.

Visited the Northampton store for a long hoodie/ jumper dress for my other half. Found the one I wanted and the assistant kindly modelled it for me to gauge the sizing (as she was a similar size). It was a little small so we ordered it online while I was there and it arrived the following day. My partner is so pleased with it. It's long, warm and top quality. Great service and a great product thanks.

I am very disappointed with my Superdry delivery. Both my son & husband love & prefer Superdry to any other brand and are fastly converting the rest of my very large family - the sweatshirt arrived with no covering at all - NONE -either plastic or otherwise was literally stuffed & I mean stuffed & creased in a brown bag - and the 2 boxer shorts boxes are squashed, damaged & were hanging out box like someone had looked at them and just shoved them back in - I would normally send these back for a re-fund & by rights I should but I am panicking in case I can't replace so near to Christmas - plus I'm classed as vunerable & can't get to the shops physically. Any token of goodwill would be much appreciated, I have spent a fortune with Superdy & have never ever had the need to complain until now.

My orders arrived on time. I'm also pleased with the excellent quality of my purchase. I've bought 2 sets of bikinis. Staff is also nice and helpful.
