Superdry - Oxford レビュー 

Lots of lovely things to choose from. I would like it if when in the basket and items go out of stock it would tell me which item is out of stock. I had to keep taking an item out and trying to check out again until I finally got lucky. Please can you change this. Also I wanted to use a delivery locker location and it would only allow my address. No option for a delivery locker.

I ordered this shirt online because I wanted to wear some good quality flannel and the colour wasn't available in the store, however, I didnt know how to avail my student discount online. I collected my parcel and the staff was super helpful and applied the discount for me. The shirt is absolutely wonderful and warm.

Great help from the team in Oxford

I didn’t find that there was any particular customer service elements that I found particularly Noteworthy, but the jacket that I bought still had the grey metal security device attached to it when I came home. I had to take it all the way back to the shop for a clerk to remove it. On a positive note, I loved this season’s collection and how well it coordinated with so many things. Good quality pieces that last are much appreciated with Superdry, and trending as apposed to trendy. Love the American preppy meets skater vibe!

Oxford Street store: I ordered a Jacket for my son and the lady that i spoke to could not be more helpful in store, she helped me to order the size i needed as it wasn't in store and i went away happy. When i got an e-mail advising EVRI had delivered my item to the store i tried to call the store 6 times to make sure it had correctly arrived and the phone was not answered once. so i walked to the store to collect my item which i queued up downstairs for only to be told it wasn't there and i needed to go upstairs to collect it. The lady i then spoke to on the tills upstairs advised me that i couldn't collect my item because it wasn't on the system?? She called a Manager who eventually gave me my item. Surely if you have your invoice and delivery confirmation to that store, you shouldn't have to wait around like this being messed around. The store was also baking with the A/c either turned off or not working and people wonder why online is getting more of peoples money. :-(

Very helpful

The employees weren’t very friendly and all seemed like everything was an inconvenience. The dressing room smelled like a public restroom. The clothes were nice and the store was massive with great selection however the customer service was a big turnoff. Furthermore despite assuring me that he would apply my student discount, the employee at the till did not apply it which was extremely disappointing.

I was disappointed they didn’t honour my return
