Superdry - Reading レビュー 

Buying, returning items could not be any easier with Superdry. Simple, straightforward, no messing around !!

I came to look for a coat and was greeted straightaway. I found a coat but wanted a different shade of colour, I explained this and straightemaway she looked on the website and found what I was looking for. She told me to go to the till and her colleague will order it for me. The lady at the till was just as lovely and helpful and ordered the coat. They said the delivery was free and that it would arrive in a weeks time. I received the coat 2 days later.... I'm extremely happy with the service and have a a coat I love.

I order medium jacket through click n collect… I went to collect from reading store ,unfortunately I realized that I need large size so I went next day for exchange,so I was told that large size will be delivered at my home but I have not received my order yet … shazia nazim

Website wouldn’t process the purchase as 1st time customer. As a result couldn’t apply the 10% discount, worth £12.
Advised when ordered that would be delivered to store on Monday 17th October. Headed to Reading store on this day to be told parcel hadn’t even been dispatched. Finally delivered on Wednesday 19th October so had return then with additional fuel and parking expenses. No discount could be offered by the store. Definitely won’t buy another Superdry product as long as I live. Terrible all round.

Polite, helpful and friendly

Went to collect my parcel. One man was serving a lady and her daughter. I waited in the queue, I was the only other person in the store. Another man behind the counter looked at me, started tidying the counter, went back onto the shop floor to put a shirt back on the rack, slowly walked back, looked at me again and finally asked whether he could help me. Clearly on some sort of power trip or just couldn’t be bothered serving. I won’t be returning or shopping with your store again.

The lady in the Reading, UK store was very nice and helpful.
I was updated all the way through and received the parcel on the day was expected.

Great product and speedy service. Will order again.

Bought a jacket online for my partner got 10% and when I went to exchange in store they told me I have to cancel that order and wait for the money back in my bank account and had to buy another one (as I got the wrong size) and without the discount. How does that make sense?!! Very disappointing.
Was my first and last purchase there.

my order still hasn’t come and it’s been over a week !! this was supposed to a birthday gift i am so disappointed

Customer service is terrible and delivery for online orders non existent.
I’m still waiting for my delivery, customer services are unhelpful plus they’ve chosen to send an expensive parcel via Hermes, one of the worse couriers possible!
