4 days before departure
4 days before departure, the seats we had reserved for 1 month were canceled and we were forced to sleep on deck. No compensation offered or accommodation.
We are going to travel with a 7 year old child for 16 hours in deplorable conditions of their fault but the customer service does not care: if we are not happy, we have only to cancel our tickets!!!
The worst customer service I've had to deal with.

Ancona to Igoumenitsa, the staff are very rude and don't care about the customer
I did the overnight Ancona to Igoumenitsa ferry with Anek Superfast and had a horrible experience. The staff were rude even when boarding. When loading with my vehicle they were trying to direct me through a gap that was blatantly not big enough for my vehicle, and told me to use my eyes for some reason. Once on board it was chaos, with people sleeping in every corner of the boat. Staff were rude and couldn't care less about the customer. They made no effort to put the customer first.
Luckily I only booked one way so on my return I travelled with Minoan to avoid these and had a much better experience. I will not travel on a Superfast ferry again.
