Had the very worst experience
Had the very worst experience. They changed my pick up time to an hour and 15 minutes later, while I was in the air. There was no communication. They lied about the drivers location. It cost me double what two Ubers would have cost, and cost me twice as much time as well. Be ware, this is no way to run a business.
Definitely wouldnât recommend
Definitely wouldnât recommend. Booked a ride to the airport, driver asked me if they could take a detour to an atm so I could pay them in cash. I said no as I needed the receipt. After that they were very rude and wouldnât even help get my bags out of the car.
Do NOT use this company
I booked a ride from Kansas International Airport to Lawrence, KA. The flight was on time and I followed the instructions provided. The car was not waiting for me. The customer service representative was rude and totally unwilling to help. In the end, I had to pay for a taxi myself. I requested a refund from SuperShuttle but they have not responded.
Excessive fee to use credit card
Advertised price for trip from Auckland Airport to CBD is $30. Before I boarded driver asked if was paying by card. I told him I was and he said there is a 3 percent card fee. Seems a bit on the high side but I said okay. Should have been 90 cents for a total of $30.90. I didn't realize until I checked my account that I was charged $33.00, which was a fee of 10 percent. I wonder how many others are similarly ripped off. I won't use Super Shuttle again.

We thought we were being canny by using Super Shuttle. Oh, how wrong.
The little bouncy trailer that our unsecured luggage travels in caused damage to it.
The response from Super Shuttle has been appalling. They just donât want to know.
Our luggage made it from Manchester to Auckland via Dubai unscathed only to be ruined by a 45 minute drive to the centre of Auckland.
Do yourselves a favour - take a proper taxi from the airport. Itâs worth the extra couple of dollars.

We were forgotten for the pickup on our return flight at Tampa airport. If I didnât call we would have never been picked up. Will never use them again

paid online for my pickup from Cleveland international, was delayed, so when I got in I was pleasantly surprised to see an email that said I would get a text from my driver and I could call him. No text came, after waiting around for half an hour hoping a text was coming. I then called the dispatch number given to me only to find its an automatic service with no options to talk to a human. I eventually had to book another taxi and Im guessing I wont get a refund. avoid at all costs.
Worse than just bad. Important international flight was nearly missed because of them.
Unfortunately, one star is the lowest I can go. I made my reservation the night before, got a confirmation number and an exact, not time range, for a pickup. No car was there. After a few minutes I called the company for car status, was transferred a couple of times and then put on hold. Fifteen minutes later I hung up, tried again, and wound up on hold hell again. Forty five minutes later I got a cab--much more expensive--and put my guest, the traveler, in it. When I got back upstairs there was a phone message sent 20 minutes after the car was scheduled to arrive, telling me that in spite of my reservation, confirmation, and pick-up time, they had no car for me and that I should find another way to get to the airport. In my receipt, yes, they charged me, they had the nerve to add a very healthy tip for the driver that didn't show up. Obviously, the charge will be contested.
Avoid at all costs...
Avoid at all costs.... and pay extra if you need to! Shuttles turn up when they want to turn up (not to any time); you have to hunt to the coordinator down to then find your pick up time/point; they demand a piece of paper proving your booking as they have no records; and overall it is just a Micky mouse service, probably better as a ride at Disneyland rather than Miami. Please.... it will totally mess up your trip using these guys, and I have had plenty of bad rides (and good ones) to gauge this against.

Seems a negative rating is not possible but it is well deserved. I planned ahead and pre-booked a ride from Louisville Airport as I was coming in after midnight and wanted to ensure I had a ride. I arrived 25 minutes early and as soon as I landed I got a text directing me where to go and a local dispatch number to call if i had any issues. I had a back to wait for so I came out to the designated area roughly 15 minutes early. I found five possible Z-Trip cars there but I had no information as to which was there to pick me up. I called the number asking how I was to know which was there for me as a pre-paid fare. Within 10 minutes of my pickup time I was told I had not been assigned a car as yet. I said that seemed odd considering I was there and five of their cars were there. They said give it 5 minutes and by then I would be notified. I got no notification even at my actual pickup time. I then called the dispatch number again but no one answered. At that point I went and asked the drivers that were mostly all clustered outside one of the cars how I was to know who was to give me a ride. Two of them said they would not take a pre-paid fare. One of them said he would take me but needed to know my transaction code # so he could tale the credit. While waiting for him to sort that out, I got a notice that I had taken a ride and was in route to my destination. It seems someone else took my assigned car while I was trying to sort this out as by then there were 8 of their cars there. I then called the dispatch for the third or fourth time and told them I had still not been picked up, it was now 15 minutes past my pickup time, it seemed someone else had taken my assigned vehicle as I was never told which one it actually was, and I then demanded they reassign me to the driver I had already loaded my things into his car. He was also on the phone trying to get it reassigned as I was on the phone. By then it was over 20 minutes past my pickup time, two of the drivers that had originally refused to take me were arguing about if it was right for the car I was in to take me. A few other of their cars had come and gone during this saga. Finally, I directed the driver to just go and I would pay him again if needed as I wanted to get home. By the time we got out of the airport complex the dispatch had finally gotten things changed up. I was still on the phone with them when the electronic notice came through to the driver. I said this was the worst service I had ever experienced and requested a refund for the fact that it was almost 30 minutes past my pickup time by then and someone else had managed to get my original car as I was never told which car it was. Completely horrible experience and no way to actually leave this review on theor platform. I assume that is simply because it would be filled with similar stories of horrible le service. I will not use them again. So much for planning ahead and having a ride waiting.

Got an Uber in Orlando instead of continuing to wait for over an hour. Their Customer Service is generally rude and incompetent too.
They never picked me up and I almost missed my flight!
I used Supershuttle from the airport to a NY hotel when I arrived, so I scheduled a pickup back to the airport when leaving. They did not show up at all!
I called over and over and they kept telling me someone was in route, I was getting an upgrade to a private limo, the driver crashed, until they finally said no one was picking me up, and I was on my own.
I was livid after waiting for well-over an hour. I had to get a cab on the street, costing me over $100. They said they would refund me 70% of that cost, and of-course never did.
This company is a scam, and I would not ever recommend them under any circumstance.

No care for customers
Went to make a booking and they said fully booked. I asked if they would put on extra services seeing theyâre so busy - their response ways to âtake a taxiâ. Dunedin airport to city in a taxi is $100+ - poor service, why even comment? Also why not have a service when thereâs a clear demand? One would think theyâd want to be making the most of travellers using their services again. Not going to bother with them again, their attitude and customer service was appalling.

I would give this company a zero if I could. Will never use again. I had a reservation and in the chance that I might have been 5 minutes late, I called to make sure they knew I might be a little late due to baggage claim delays. The operator responded in a condescending way but assuring that my shuttle was going to be there on time and waiting for me even if I am a few minutes late. Waiting with my wife and children at the airport after 20 minutes past our reservation time nearly 2AM by then, my wife called and was told that there were no drivers in our area. My wife asked if we would be charged the same amount and the operator said yes. I know it is not in the operator's power to do anything, but this was still very frustrating to hear. I called again to demand an update on when we might be getting a shuttle. I was supposed to receive a call 10 minutes later but never received one for the entire night. I had to wait in a long line for a taxi and we did not get home until 4:30 AM. We had a snowstorm that night with a lot of ice and from what it sounded like, a lot of drivers were just not showing up. Even if that is so, don't tell me my shuttle will arrive on time waiting for me when it seems that you know drivers are not arriving. Also be courteous to give an update on when a shuttle might be coming or not coming so discussion about a refund or reduced charge can be started. I got no shuttle, therefore no service, and when I asked for a refund, they told me to fill out a survey (which I filled out) and have not heard anything back. Please don't use Supershuttle ever. I feel they used to be good but not anymore.
We have used supershuttle for 10 years
We have used supershuttle for 10 years, and they were our go-to service. We booked in June for an October trip, but yet, no text when we landed, wandered around the airport in Vegas for an hour until we could actually reach a live person who told us to go to a certain door and we went there and.. no car. We had to scramble to hire a new car service, which was about the same price, disputed the prepaid charge on our credit card, and we ended up getting a much better deal from the resort for an SUV back to the airport!

If I could give zero stars I would. Driver showed up almost 40 minutes late picking us up. Once he showed up can with a serious attitude. We decided not to go with this driver and the customer service agent said we would be credited as we were I touch with customer service the entire time we were waiting. We were still charged. The driver lied to his company and said he was waiting for us circling the airport which wasnât true. We have three small kids and we let the customer service agent know who called the driver. I would highly recommend not using this company. Just an awful experience all around.
Missed Flight: I booked a SuperShuttle Express and it never showed up.
I booked a SuperShuttle Express Non-Stop Ride Minivan for a 5:18am pick up in the morning for transportation to BWI Airport. I contacted SuperShuttle Dispatch (520 216-4999 in Arizona) at 5:25am to inform them that our ride had not yet arrived. The individual that I spoke to told me that he could see the Confirmation Number for my order in the system but no transportation was available to pick us up and he did not think he could get one for us. We ended up driving to BWI and parking in long term parking and still missed the airline 45 minute checked baggage cut off (we arrived at the terminal within 30 minutes of departure) and were not ticketed for our scheduled flight and were ultimately declared a no show. If SuperShuttle had contacted us earlier about not being able to provide a ride we would have arrived in time.
I have never had an issue with SuperShuttle service in the past but would not recommend them based on this recent experience
