Horrible!! Never book it!!
Never rely on this "service" because they don't have any service! I booked it way in advance. After waiting an hour my shuttle came, we were waiting with 4 people and all of a sudden the driver would only take 2 of us with him saying that his schedule was changed. He was unfriendly and didn't care at all! He just took of and left us standing there in the middle of the night even though I showed him the prove on my phone in the app with his car and name etc. Then I was again told to wait with the promise of another shuttle in 20 mins. It never came. They just called me and said that they have to cancel my reservation. I was so helpless and angry! No service at all! Unreliable and horrible! We were in the end with 4 people and they left us standing there. Worst experience ever!!!
Quick to charge, not nice crowd, wish I checked the reviews online before booking!
I had an extra bag which I indicated when booking online. The driver the minute he picked me straight away announced that it will be $10. Big strong guy demanding money before he even earned it. Bags thrown in a messy fashion and mixed up with other passengers bags at the back of the van. I had an older small man in Romania helping me with my bag, a sweet gentleman asking for nothing in return, and here have this cocky guy demanding money without even saying 'Good morning' first. Sad and disappointing, leaves bad taste. I will never use it again and don't recommend.
Fraudulent payments taken
Fraudulent payments taken, charged 3 times for pre booked service. Now $256.80 out of pocket for their error!!!! Asked operator to assist as husband is t1 diabetic and we are in a foreign country and require food. She states not her problem case will be looked at in 5 days. Shame on you Supershuttle we have spent $800 with you during our holiday for your promised stress and hassle free service yet now I hope we don't encounter a serious medical emergency for your incompetence. I shall be taking this matter further.
Never again would I trust Supershuttle on a time critical reservation
We are now at LAX airport we booked through Viator for a âsuper shuttleâ transfer which turned up an hour late!! (We were at the port at 9:35am for 10am booking which arrived after 11am... the on site organiser did extremely little to help and was quite rude, the âsuper shuttleâ company didnât have enough buses at the cruise terminal to honour bookings blaming a traffic jam, albeit all other vehicles were coming and going
Just fine!! It put immense pressure on the transfer and would suggest if Supershuttle wants to get good reliable reviews and further bookings they the should run a shuttle service with the accuracy and times customers book. That title about sums up supershuttle in Los Angeles cruise port to LAX

Vi bookede dem til at hente os i JFK lufthavn i New York samt hente os på hotellet 1 uge efter og kÞre os til lufthavnen.
Allerede ved afhentning i lufthavnen, var der problemer. De var der ikke til aftalt tid og vi ringede derfor til dem. De lovede at ringe tilbage inden for 15 minutter - og tilfÞjede lige, at havde vi ikke hÞrt fra dem inden, så skulle vi ringe til dem igen.
Vi ringede gentagende gange, hvor vi blev stillet videre og så lagt på. Efter ca 1 time, fik vi at vide at chauffÞren var udenfor i en sort bil !
Der var 3-4 baner med biler og hver bane var nok100 meter lang - vÊrsâgo at find bilen.
Efter lang tid lykkedes det os at finde den og vi blev kÞrt til hotellet.
Da vi 1 uge senere skulle hjem, måtte vi igen vente og efter 40 minutter ringede vi igen og beskeden var at hvis vi ikke kunne vente kunne vi jo tage en taxa og vi ville få refunderet belÞbet vi havde betalt for turen.
Vi tog en taxa og regnede med at alt så var i orden med tilbagebetalingen, men vi tog fejl !
Vi kontaktede dem efter 1 uge, da vi stadig ikke havde fået penge tilbage. De kunne ikke se at vi havde bedt om pengene og vi skulle for at få vores penge ansÞge om dem på deres hjemmeside.
Det tog ca. yderligere 1 1/2 uge fÞr vi fik vores penge.
Så tag en taxa, det er både nemmere og billigere og man kommer afsted til tiden.
Didn't pick me up (twice), missed my flight
SuperShuttle has lost my business forever. I have used SuperShuttle in the past, and while it hasnât been great, itâs been tolerable and is priced similarly to Uber. My experience in Washington, DC recently however has guaranteed that I will never use their âserviceâ again.
The first problem was on arrival. My flight was delayed and landed around 1:00 AM. I followed instructions and checked in online and went to my pickup spot. Soon after I got there they loaded a van and it left, while I was told that they were still looking for a van for me. So I sat, until almost 2:30 AM, when the airport âcustomer serviceâ agent finally told me that they wouldnât be able to find a van for me. I ended up taking a taxi (for $90) to get to my destination, finally arriving around 3:00 AM. This was annoying and expensive, but not the worst thing SuperShuttle did to me on this trip.
At this point I was worried about my ride back to the airport, which was scheduled for 3:20 AM for a 5:00 AM flight. I got up early and checked the app, and it showed I had an assigned van, #1065. Based on the distance he was from my hotel, it appeared he wouldnât arrive until around 3:50 AM, 15 minutes beyond the end of their â15 minute pickup windowâ, but I should still have had plenty of time to get to the airport. I watched the app as the van headed my way. Then, less than a mile from my hotel, I watched it turn around and leave. I had requested an ETA several times on the app with no response, and the driver finally called me around 4:10 AM.
I had booked an Uber by then, but calmly asked the driver (Robert) why he turned around and left when he was so close to my hotel. He started **YELLING AT ME** about how he was too tired to drive and was falling asleep at the wheel because he had been driving for the past 3 hours. [I should interject here that I believe he was probably lying to me and had really gotten lost, as I checked the app around 6:00 AM and he was still driving around]. After 20 seconds of this, I hung up on him.
Obviously, despite the Uber, I missed my flight. I ended up paying American Airlines a $75 rebooking fee and taking a $50 Uber from Dulles to Reagan to get a flight home, as the desk agent told me it would have been hopeless trying to get out of Dulles on standby that day. This also cost me 5 hours and nearly a whole dayâs worth of work.
I am now trying to get a refund. Their so-called customer service phone number does not allow you to do this, instead directing you to their website. The website assigns you a ticket so a representative can call you back, which the automated phone system says will happen quickly. They define quickly as **WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS**. I fully expect to end up having to do a chargeback on my credit card. I also asked to file a formal complaint against Robert, but I expect SuperShuttle drivers get a lot of those, so I donât expect much to come of that either. Regardless, I wonât be using SuperShuttle again at any airport.
Do NOT recommend
Booked through Viator, called to CONFIRM our reservation, but they had no available vehicles, told us it wasnât their fault or their problem, told us to contact Viator. Pathetic customer service, wasted hours trying to sort this mess out. This is why we do all bookings before we leave on holidays.
Can not recommend Super shuttle
Shuttle fra Manhatten, NY til EWR.
Vi bestilte shuttle fra hotel i Manhatten NY til EWR, da vi skulle retur til DK. Bilen skulle komme kl.13.40 og vi fik et link hvor vi kunne fÞlge chauffÞren. Vi sad og ventede tålmodigt, selv om klokken blev mere og mere, vi kunne se kl.14.25 at han var på 44 st. og vi var på 39 st., så vi regnede med at vi var nÊste "stop". Klokken blev 15.15 og han var stadig ikke dukket op. jeg gik ind for at bede dem i receptionen om at ringe til firmaet og får oplyst at chauffÞren lige har ringet til hotellet og AFLYST turen. Så står man der og bliver totalt chokeret og stresset, da man ligesom har et fly man skal nå hjem med. Ikke et ord på sms, mail eller et opkald fra firmaet, nej de ringer til hotellet, hvor jeg tjekkede ud kl.12.00. FLOT! Det hele endte med at vi måtte få fat i en taxa der kostede 95$ (kontra de 42$ shuttle kostede) og vi nåede lige flyet (måtte lÞbe ud til gaten), trods kÞ og voldsom trafik. Hvis jeg ikke var gået ind i receptionen på hotellet, havde jeg bare siddet og ventet og ventet ude på gaden, på en bil der ALDRIG dukkede op og mistet mit fly til DK. Sikken et skod firma.
Great Service
I've used SuperShuttle several times for rides to and from the airport and concerts. I always request the same driver, and the service has been excellent each time. Our driver would always meet us at the baggage claim and help carry our luggage to his vehicle. And the phone operators are friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend them if you don't feel like dealing with the hassle of driving to and from the airport or stadium and paying for parking.
Super shuttles poor welcome to the USA
I bought a voucher from Viator for Super Shuttle Houston. When i presented it at the Houston Airport the elderly lady running the Super shuttle counter informed me "I don't think I'm going to accept this". When i attempted to reason with her she accused me of being rude to her. At the same time she was upsetting another couple who were incensed at her asking them to present their passports for a ride into town.

Las Saturday I booked and paid a shuttle for the next day from my hotel to JFK Airport at NYC ( confirmation # 7578732). They had charged me also the tip for the driver!
We were supposed to be picked at 12.00 pm from our hotel (Hilton Garden Inn park ave NYC), the hotel was wrongly listed in the web page from supershuttle.com, the shuttle never arrived. So me and my pregnant wife had to take a taxi to the airport, which was much more expensive than the shuttle.
I have tried to get the refund of the money calling the company without any result, I have made two requests from the web page (Tickets #71966 and #72921) Today is Thursday and nobody contact me or replied my request. The had kept my money.

Easy to use. Professional and courteous drivers.
I used the Super Shuttle for a group of 4 from the JAX airport. I cannot speak to the group shuttles because we had enough people that a private shuttle made sense.
The website booking was easy to make and their text updates and alerts once we got to the airport made it super easy to connect with the dispatch and get assigned a driver. I also liked that there was a real person at the pickup booth in case I had any questions.
On top of all that, our driver was friendly, accommodating and professional. A great experience overall. Thank you!
Reviewing for corporate use
I've enjoyed using super shuttle for corporate use to and from the airport. Sometimes we have to take large groups of people and large packages to the airport from our location. Super shuttle is the perfect size to fit all of our stuff. Their phone support isn't always amazing, but they get the job done!
Praktisk - og det fungerer!
Vi brugte Supershuttle til/fra Newark-Manhattan og var meget tilfredse. Konceptet er, at man deler en minibus med andre, hvorved det så bliver billigere. Til gengÊld kan det tage lidt lÊngere tid, alt efter hvor man skal af - men man bliver kÞrt direkte til dÞren.
Ved ankomst i lufthavnen blev vi af personalet fulgt helt ud til bilen (van med plads til 10 personer), kun ganske kort ventetid. Turen til Manhattan tog ca. 1 time, og vi blev kÞrt direkte til dÞren.
Da vi skulle hjem igen en uge senere, bestilte jeg en vogn via nettet med lovet ankomst 18:45-19:00. Bilen kom 19:02, så det var OK. Afhentning direkte på vores adresse, og vi blev kÞrt til den terminal, hvorfra vores fly gik.
Nemt og smertefrit, og smart, at man kan bestille hjemturen via nettet. Ved ankomst til lufthavnen er det nok smartest at gå ned og bestille den i ankomsthallen (Ground Transportation står der på skiltet).
