Inconveniences are seriously regretted, At this point in time we are unable to track any information of yours with your above-mentioned name, you are requested to please provide complete details as you registered yourself at Supersonicz App.

As your complaint suggests, it seems this is your first transaction at our portal and there has to be initially KYC performed and compliance team of any remittance company may ask to provide more details before processing funds to end beneficiary, In financial sector there are AML and CFT laws and policies on the basis of which every transaction has to be judged before processing. We do not assume anyone as criminal, but the law says to judge transaction and report it if felt suspicious it may be the behavior of the person or the nature of transaction.

Now we have had the right message from your side, first of all, the name in your profile at Trust Pilot is not the one we have had in our record and now after going through transaction details I would say for sure due to Ethnic differences it cannot be processed before verification checks required by regulators. Here we can also confirm, that it has been canceled and a refund of it will take about 4-5 working days to get back into your account.

This is to further update you that the refund of your transaction has been processed and as per our compliance team you were reluctant to provide required information and due to this also we were unable to process this transaction to end beneficiary.

Let us clear some facts about our conversation, In our first response we did ask you to provide you correct detail and many times afterwards, but you did not do so and many of the readers will realise the fact while going through our conversation with you. In remittance business persons does not get scrutinised on the basis of their race, religion, culture, nationality, region or the money they have with them, but source of the money and purpose of sending it as described in rules and regulations.

As you mentioned you did use another company for the same amount about a week ago and your money have been through successfully without providing them any single ID, document or proof and you wanted us, and also another company (Small World) about whose compliance you also have same sort of issues as per your Trustpilot profile and if we are not wrong this is about more than 10000 EUR being transferred which automatically raise suspicion level.

Transaction mentioned of around 4K was your first with us and you want us to completely ignore the facts and just to look at your profile and origin and let it go the way you want, it's not the way any of us work. Without providing any sort of document or proof and moving around 4k is not legal at all.

About your refund, we already mentioned that it will take 4-5 working days and we processed it from our side on 13th September 2022.

I would request you to please be patient and wait for it by the end of this week or till Monday of next week, and by then you will have your money with you.

Being a resident of free world you have every single right to have your views the way you think and act, but things that either you are misinterpreting are facts of our conversation. Would you please like to explain why you delayed your initial response at this portal for three days and even after that you did not share any information to us, as you say you publically denounced it. Public will have all the facts over here as well. Informing you about your refund of 4000 EUR as mentioned earlier you will get today or at the start of next week.

Let me make some facts very clear to the general public with an assumption that I need to transfer an amount of 12000 EUR and I am breaking it into 4K each and trying three different Apps. And also have a very important deal inline that would bring huge benefits to me or my business or the company I am working for. Take it the other way rounds I need to fly out of my country with more than 10,000 EUR in my pocket and I know that the authorities would not let me go without any documents, so I break it down, to avoid questions or explanation.

Important deals are done through single transfers and you may believe or not people do this by asking and providing all necessary details to remittance companies not by avoiding them and this is what you have claimed in a successful transfer of yours.

We are really sorry to hear all of the above about our customer care team, we will definitely check this at our end and shall bring you the maximum information about what went wrong and where things get distracted.

About involving personal banks, all of us have a choice to do and ask them, and to fulfill the request they may demand personal information and documents and the same may be in our case, With your profile name we are unable to track any information of your multiple requests.

This is to update you that we have made some progress on your case and are able to check details, the proof we have with us is that your transaction was getting processed the same day you made it for beneficiary Agofure, Bank name Guarnty Trust Bank PLC account number last four digits are 3575.

As per available proof with us this has been credited and if you have not received any such document I will be sharing the same via your email address registered with us.

The last thing we need to check is the behavior of our team members, the way they deal with the chat, and who did this is need some time and hopefully, we shall sort this out soon.

We need to know about the made-up receipt being claimed by yourself, kindly confirm for us if it is the receipt you received via email dated 26-08-2022 if it is the same, things like these do not get made up by people involved in the money service business. We put a request to our partner to share proof of payment which they did and we sent it right away to your email address registered with us.

About your complaint about the customer care member behavior who chat via WhatsApp, you are requested to share their name and if possible, screenshots of such communication being taken at that time and we shall try to find out the culprit from our end as well.

Money sent through us gets delivered to its respective destinations after compliance review and we hardly have anyone who can even report to authorities that the company has held their funds without any reason and not either processed or returned to the account.
