4 days money not transferred very disappointed with their service and phone number they provided blocked one, please refund my money ASAP

Hi guys i hope you all are good.
Last Friday i sent money to my sister account.i uploaded my residency card for my varification.but after 1 days they start asking card issuance letter which is not normal none other transfer companies ask you card details.after i asked for cancellation and refund since 3 days they are saying cancellation request sent to cancellation department ,ready for collection etc .it is so strange.more ever all of their customers service phone numbers are invalid and fake.only 1 phone is ringing but after few minutes it's hang up automatically.there is. NO one to help you.from my opinion please don't send you money it's a scam.i will go in police cyber crime and customer consumer court against and will complain against them.thanks you all and avoid to send money

For detailed consideration, you are requested to share a case number of your, any reference number or email subject so we could trace information and get to a conclusion to avoid any such problem for our potential customers and of course to deal unpleasant experiences like yours.

About our compliance requirements, As being the user of Financial Services, you must be aware of AML/CTF Rules and regulations all across the world, we need to ensure that requirements are being fulfilled of all local and International bodies, And these are life lines of any such business to excel and at the same time to sustain in the market.

Further here we are not clear about your Card issuance letter statement, Please confirm if you are talking about your residency card or Debit/Credit card, as reasons of such requirements for both card vary, about our contact numbers could you please also share which one is working and hang up and what others that do not reacts at all.

Being a free citizen of any such democratic and developed countries you may choose any option as mentioned in your comments but here I would like to get the opportunity to have a look at your issue and hoping that you will share with us your details and things will definitely work in yours and Supersonicz favor.

Here we hope you will understand our limitations for not meeting your expectation as per norms.

Bad communication and service

Ive send € 1000 to The Gambia. The reciever could not get it. Supersonicz told me its on hold, but not how to solve it, despite many requests by e-mail. Than i did request the money back, but never got it. Their communication sucks. After a call they could still not make clear what the problem is. Again I did ask my money back. Stilll not got it. Im waiting for 3 weeks now. Its frustrating. The 1000 is ment for 2 water wells.
Supersonicz is untrustrable.
It took a long time and many contacts bud finally I've got my money back.

Good morning boss, please my name is Prince Addo from Ghana, please I need your help Saturday I sent money on this app supersonicz to now they refuse my transaction I not know why I wrote them but always they will tell me that please let me check, so I told them that if something is wrong they should return my money back to me but they refuse it please need your help. My daughter is sick and I'm send the money to them for medical treatment.thank you

I was having a problem to send money

I was having a problem to send money. But the problem was with my bank, I have a limited amount of money I can in a week. But I really appreciate your help even though the problem was not from you, but you take your time to look into it. Thanks a lot for your help.
