this is my 2nd review, I bought a product 6months ago and it seems this website are scamming people please be carful as my money was taken by them and they ghosted me while I tried contacting them through emails, I created a new Email and they responded to me as I am a new buyer once I explained my situation, he blackmailed to delete my first review to be able to get my money back on top of this he insulted me. Customer service is very bad and they are just a bunch of scammers please don't fall toward there scam.

I was looking for a couple of parts for my Land Rover Discovery that Supertweaks had at a good price. I sent them an email to confirm stock availability and within 30 minutes a guy called Sam had got back to me. Put my order in the following day as a guest user and immediately got an email confirmation. Within 24 hours I got a dispatch notice and my parcel arrived couple of days after that. I can only speak from experience but in my view Supertweaks provided a good service at a good price and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again despite the negative reviews written elsewhere.

Had to change rude language to upload review!!

Since then the customer service rep has posted on my google business account with poor reviews. He is a small petty man. I still haven't got a refund on my cancelled order and I have made a Police report which they are following up.

This business practice is one of the worst I have ever experienced.

Ordered a couple of light units for an evoque. Parts did not say out of stock and delivery was estimated on the delivery page of around three days.

The items are still undelivered and out of stock as I found out once paid. The estimated time was one month, then another two weeks.

Still no lights. The team who email back have been rude and unhelpful at best.

Shop elsewhere I advise.

Awful business, which doesn’t communicate with their customers.
Wish I had come to this site first before I made an order. Now out of pocket £290. Will be requesting a refund ASAP and they getting in contact with my credit card company if they can’t comply, which I will most likely have to do after looking through the reviews on here.

Stay away from this company. They are good till they get your money. Once they get your money you will get nothing. Not even a reply
British Authorities please wake up, were is Companies House to allow all this scam????????????
Bunch of liars and scammers.

Hi all. I ordered a JLR Boot-liner from supertweaks about a week ago. I did this before I read all of these reviews on Trust Pilot so I was a little bit anxious. Anyway the product was a better price than I could find it anywhere else and it was a genuine JLR accessory. Once i ordered I received a confirmation email and was told to reply to that email if I had any queries. Everything went quiet for a couple of days so I queried when the product would be delivered. A couple of days later I got a response (so it was a little slow) but it was confirmed the product would arrive via FedEx in 2-3 days time. This morning (day 3) it landed, and the product is great - the genuine JLR accessory I was after at a good price. Having read all the negative reviews on here, I wanted to share with you my experience. It wasn't perfect (e.g. a few days to respond to emails etc.) but overall I am a satisfied customer.

DREADFULL!!! Worst company I’ve ever dealt with, rude, unhelpful and still waiting a full refund... no replies to emails so now I’m having to contact trading standards and my bank to recover my funds...

Delivery was longer than stated, it was marked as shipped on Thursday 3rd June on 2-3 days. so i'd expect no later than Tuesday 8th, The item hadnt arrived by Thursday 10th so i got in contact via email, several emails back and forth and nobody was able to provide any tracking info, just got informed that its on the warehouse manifest etc. i got in contact with FedEx my self and provided my address etc to see if any parcels were due to arrive for me. later that evening i got a reply from FedEx with a tracking number of an item on next day delivery, which also showed that it was only handed to FedEx on Thursday 10th, so it was never dispatched the previous week, i can only guess some kind of admin/warehouse mistake was made, these things happen but it would have been nice to have been told something like "sorry we havent posted the item yet but we have now put it on a next day for you" id have been happy with that and no issues.
The item that arrived was in perfect condition and very well packaged, so i cant fault the item, very please with it. just wish a little more honesty with a simple dispatch error was given to me.

I rate this company a 0 star. I ordered my items that cost over £1,000 since September 2020. They never send my items nor send me my refund. I sent several emails but no one has done anything about it. Stay away from this thief. Owner of this company need to be arrested and put in jail.

Big scamming company, stay away. I bought a steering wheel from them, after weeks of waiting my item and using my money I asked for refund. They gave me refund but not in full, they kept 24.40,I asked them why I wasn't refund in full and no answer . By the way the phone number provided on their website no-one ever answer I was talking with them on email wich I think self generating answers because I was asking something and their answer was short and not about the subject.

AVOID ! They take orders and your money for items they don’t have in stock. We were fobbed off / lied too for a month then we were offered our money back, we had to wait over a week for the refund and then they deducted £10 for restocking costs...awful customer service. How can they charge a restock fee for something they don’t have in stock !

Land Rover wheel cover never shipped or delivered after 6 weeks. Then Refunded £15.00 less then purchase price.

Stay away from this company ...

I bought a panel for my Defender and I was never notified of the shipment of the product. I went to question them and found that they did not have them in stock and they were screwing me to return my money. After what happened, they were pressuring me, sent several emails and daily calls, about 10x a day for me to remove my comment from this site.

Good to deal with. Placed order for the Land Rover Defender wheel cover on their website and received within two days. Have since placed a further order.

Im Online Shop bestellt, Ware und pauschale Versandkosten. Per Kreditkarte bezahlt und abgebucht.

Ware geliefert (in Ordnung) und anschl. zusätzlich 25 GBP für Versandkosten abgebucht.
Kundenverblödung hoch fünf.

Absolutely avoid at all costs. Took my money (£450) and wouldn’t give a shipping date. Chased them over 50 times via emails and only ever very vauge responses. Had to star legal action to get a refund that I finally got. Solictor letters didn’t even get signed for at the unit. Can’t advise people enough to go elsewhere.

Great products and super fast email response, even on the weekend (thanks Rick!).
