Absolute scammers. Sent a cheap knockoff intercooler as opposed to the expensive and quality Allisport that was listed and ordered and now won't reply.

Also charged my credit card a second time without permission for additional shipping costs, even though shipping had already been calculated.

They don't reply to emails if there are any issues.
Avoid at all costs.

Edit with Update (3 months later): Ended up having to dispute the transaction with my bank to get my money back, absolute waste of time trying to deal with the company directly.

Please also thoroughly read all reviews here, looks like they flag any negative ones, trying to hide their tracks. I'm also suspicious that other reviews aren't actually genuine, so please read them all and make up your own mind.

Fast delivery and quality parts and a company i can recommend,I ordered many parts for and upgraded my Range Rover bla.led taillights / indicators / emblems / grill etc. and got everything I ordered within a maximum of 2 weeks to Norway and the parts looked just as nice when I sold the car 6 years later so the products are nothing to fault.

After establishing contact with Ricky at SuperTweaks, we solved the issue. Most of the problem were related to the Covid-19 pandemi, but Ricky was very helpful, and informed me that they could either give me a refund or if I wanted to have the order delivered, he would make sure the order would be delivered within the time limit.
So my shopping experience with SuperTweaks has drastically changed, and I highly recommend them.

I summitted a review earlier this year that these people are crooks.
After no correspondence or replys for approx 2 months on an order I had paid up front for, I got an instant reply once I posted a review.
I foolishly took down the review as they requested and they delivered an order that bade no comparrison to what I ORDERED probably to the tune of € 1,000 , have tried to get in contact with supertweaks the last month or so but to no avail, anybody that orders anything from this company will be let down. THEY ARE CROOKS .

This so called business is one to completely avoid, its a real shame as they appear to offer some good products. There is a clear incompetance with the owners/employees and simple customer service cannot have featured on their training program. I ordered an item which was refunded back to my card unbeknown to me..I contacted them a week later to chase the delivery to be told my order was cancelled as they had an issue with their vinyl. They said I would be contacted when vinyl sorted, unsurprisingly no phone call so a few weeks later I re-ordered. This time received an order confirmation (which was an improvement from last time!) again after waiting a week no item. Made contact to be spun a poor excuse for a reason for the duplicate payment! They do not respond to emails in a timely manner very sporadic and I don't think they employ anyone to answer the phone! Steer clear to avoid disappointment and take you business to a company that actually look after their customers and operate correctly.

Please don't make the mistake of using this company......!!!!!!

I ordered some decals for my car, which did not turn up as advised. Three days after I needed them, they arrived.

I tried to get in contact to arrange redelivery and a refund, and no one would get back to me. I then had to contact the main dealer where the item got shipped from to obtain the return address. After returning the item within the time frame in Supertweaks T&C's, I heard back saying nothing more than

"The return period has now elapsed. We will not be able to accept a return on these."

I copied and pasted their T&C's back to them, and I got the same reply..

I am now in the process of filing a CCJ against the company to try and get my money back...

Shocking Experience .....

wish I had read the reviews about this company, they supplied the wrong parts and claimed that they would still fit - well yes, if you want a Ford badge on your Jaguar they probably will!!

Asked for a refund within 3 days and they said I was outside the refunds timescale, their T&Cs state 14 days.

Avoid if you can, I had to get Visa involved under section 75.

After reading the reviews I was worried as I had already placed my order but as promised it arrived by ups on the date it said undamaged. The communication side of the business isn’t good at all though I had corresponded with them over Instagram which I was only told to contact the number or email ( waste of time ) after trying to ring the numbers provided for both super tweaks and tweaked automotive as well as email I had no luck. If someone in management got this problem sorted they’d probably have a better business.

Whatever you do, don't go ANYWHERE NEAR this company. They supply damaged goods, and when one returns said goods for a refund they fraudulently claim it was 'you' who damaged them and refuse to refund, even going as far to insult you and your intelligence in the process. I have had the misfortune to deal with companies that acted poorly before, but Supertweaks lowered the bar considerably for their display of sheer bad faith and belligerence. Paying more to go elsewhere guarantees a far happier transaction, not to mention goods as described! Avoid, avoid and then avoid again.

After 2 days of placing my order, I needed to change the delivery address of my order, but it was showing status of "processing" .After leaving a number of message, I received an email advising high sales volumes and supertweaks advised my order would be despatched around a week after is placement.

Purchased and paid over £700 for a Porsche exhaust silencer. After no communication I had to constantly keep emailing them as they don’t answer the phone. After eight weeks and no exhaust I requested a refund. I did receive a message saying that they would refund. But didn’t. After another six weeks and lots of emails no refund in sight I had to start court proceedings. Eventually after informing them I had started court proceedings and the court had contacted them I did get my money back. So three and a half months in total and a court case to get my money. I do not consider this good customer service.
Do yourself a favour. Read the negative reviews very carefully before you buy from this company and then decide for yourself if you wish to risk using them. I wish I had.
I found the company so unreliable, with very bad communication and no help whatsoever. I had the feeling the objective was to keep my money as long as possible.

still at it ? they do not know model of cars, assuming they no nothing about vehicle, may as well be door salesman. no nothing about cars. stuck with parts that do not work. purchased again from other company.

They are the most horrible internet based car parts site!!!!!!!

I ordered my parts in August of 2018. First of all they did not let me know that the parts were not available and they had to order it to their manufacturers until almost a month later when I asked them what the status was. Their customer service representatives are crude and totally useless blaming their unresponsiveness on it being sent to the SPAM folder. I have been receiving their emails just fine till they choose to be unresponsive. A horrible site ran by horrible irresponsible people with no regard to customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM as you will definately be disappointed. The only thing they are good at is collecting your payment and thats about it. 82 emails and 3 months later they still didnt respond to me about my products that I purchased and the subsequent cancellation that I made. They are horrible people to deal with.

I wish I would have read about ALL THE BAD reviews on this company SuperTweaks prior to ordering parts with them.
Back in July I ordered StarTech accelerator, break and foot resting pedals along with some lettering.
When I received the package from SuperTweaks It DID NOT INCLUDE the proper pedals as I had ordered.
I took a picture of the box with what was sent and it was clear they had again as in other post it sent what was ordered.
After co rafting them via email they said “They appproved the return but NOT pay for postage even though it was clearly as stated by a SuperTweaks “Their Mistake”
I packed up all the merchandise in the same packaging and same box and sent it back by my cost for postage.
When they refunded money back to me is WAS NOT A FULL refund but just a refund for the part they mistakenly sent leaving a balance of over $300 USD from the original order.
Even though there is documentation showing they received ALL PARTS they will no longer answer my emails and I am going to have to go through my credit card fraud department to try and get the rest of the money back.
Again DO NOT ORDER from this company and read all their poor reviews.

I am absolutely kicking myself for not reading the reviews on here BEFORE ordering as sadly my experience has substantiated every negative review I have since read:

They have not answered any of my many calls and do not return any messages left.

They respond to emails selectively and slowly and only seem to reply immediately when threatened with bad reviews being left.

They do not provide delivery tracking information despite being asked repetitively and do not deliver to time-frames.

They supplied incorrect goods and refused to correct their mistake by dispatching the correct items until they received back the wrong ones.

They then supplied faulty/inferior quality goods which I have since returned for a full refund.

So unless you enjoy disappointment, being ignored, waiting in for deliveries that do not take place and standing in post office queues, then, for your own sanity, avoid this company.

This would have to be the worst company I have ever dealt with...the sales staff have no motivation to sell goods... All i wanted to do is purchase an item on their website, they had issues with processing the transaction, I basically just wanted to place an order and the email response I received from the manager was underwhelming. Wow who ever the owner of this business is they really need to look at systems and sales staff. I suggest you stay away!

I bought an item online, but had a problem with my order payment. I rang them, and it was dealt with promptly and without fuss. The item itself arrived promptly and communication with them was excellent.

I would highly recommend then, and will use them again.

Supertweaks were extremely helpful in finding the correct part for my car. They called the manufacturer to double check and cross reference, and then emailed back to say that they can get hold of the part for the following day. Fast communications and delivery were very quick.
Highly recommended from me.

Stay away, will be reporting to trading standards. Please please do not use this company! I ordered online through their site a Audi R8 Carbon interior surround. I left it 4 weeks, telephoned about 10 times and left message after message on their answerphone. Then sent about 8 emails, no replies. Then I called again and a very arrogant man told me it was being made and had to wait a further 3 weeks. I waited another 4 still nothing, I then got 1 email saying they were having difficulties with their supplier, I email back and no reply. Enough was enough, so I instructed my solicitor, I got a full refund only because of my solicitor and on the credit note a stupid excuse of card details didn’t match my address? Which it did and they had my money for nearly 3 months!!! Please please stay away, it did not have my item in stock despite saying it was and has 0 after sales service. Please stay away.
