The delivery was quick, as advertised. The book is wonderfully structured with space to write and add photos with a range of activities which I love. I do wish that there was the option to order the snapfish photos too as a separate add on for (if for example the summer offer is no longer available where it is included with the couples book) because I don’t know where I could search for the right photo size to fit in the spaces provided.

The book is of great quality and I love that it's really easy to use and the surprises are so fun. Really recommend!

I ordered this for my partner for our anniversary. I can’t wait to give it to him. I’m excited to start our little adventures together. The book is perfect with space for notes and photos. This will be something we will enjoy filling together with amazing memories to look back on.

My book arrived damaged and after contacting by email many times I was told to return ( I was told my postage would be refunded) finally my book was refunded but not the postage which I am still emailing every day and no answer . Would never buy from this company again

I have been trying to return this order for 2 and a half weeks and have contacted them multiple times but had one response which was a question. I still have not received a response to my answer. And still am no closer to returning it.

Looks like a scam…
I have ordered on the 1st of may. They said it was dispatched the following working day (2nd of may) however it still hasn’t arrived and I have ordered other items since then (which were coming with Royal Mail and those have arrived already!)
I was patiently waiting for and extra week hoping it will show up… it didn’t. I emailed them to please let me know where the package is and give me the tracking number as I have not received that… their email response was a generic response and asked me if I want the tracking number?! Well that was the reason I emailed in the first place silly!!! Emailed them back but for my second email I had no response. Appalling! I wish I went with the original company I ordered similar book from (but that was coming from the US) I wanted to support a UK company but I will never order from this company again…. Save your money and run far away from them…

What an amazing and enjoyable concept.
My family do so much together that we needed some more inspiration...Surprise Adventure gives us just that and allows us to keep the memories off the adventures as well.
Love it, came quickly and looks and feels amazing.

Great idea and a lovely book 😍. I have purchased 3 so far as gifts and will definitely buy again. I bought 1 couples and 2 personal and will definitely buy the family edition.

Please don't waste your money on this product.

Priced at £24.99 (and that's with 50% off!) you expect more. While the concept is great, the product I received was a very basic blank book with a sticker pack at the front. The ideas for their 'surprise adventures' range between 'overcomplicated' to 'stolen from Google' - so I really wouldn't waste your money on this.

The book arrived damaged on one corner. I might have overlooked this if it I wasn't intending to use it as a present, and the ideas inside were half decent.

I contacted customer services for a refund - as I am entitled to within 14 days of purchasing the product.

Each reply over the next 13 days came with a generic "Surprise Adventures" sign off, so you never knew who you were talking to. The replies involved a lot of quotation marks. For example asking me to provide a photo to prove the "fault" with the product. Having already done this on a previous email, it certainly felt like I was being mocked. Some of the replies were borderline rude, to the point where I called the representative out on it during the next email. I never received an apology.

I have since been refunded the full cost of the book. But this was after providing proof of postage, twice, and having to prove that the item had been delivered (I screen shotted the package at their address via Royal Mail Tracking) So if you do order and need to return, please be over careful before sending back as I have a feeling without me proving all of this I wouldn't have got my money back for the book. I say this as the book had been in their possession for 5 days before they acknowledged it, and this was only after I was able to prove without any doubt the product was back in their possession.

I've given up getting my £2.70 back for postage, which was promised to me, owing to the fact I don't have the energy to deal with their team anymore.

Great for when you feel alittle stuck for ideas, and gives you some funny and exciting things to do xxx

Biggest waste of money I’ve spent in a long time 🤣 starting to think the reviews are fake too. I’m sorry for the trees that had to be cut down to produce this book as it has nothing but cringe and boring ideas in. Me and my girlfriend have sat laughing at the “adventures” for 5 minutes before putting it down and deciding what to do on our own 😂 I’m not a person to ever write a bad review because really I couldn’t care enough, but when I’ve paid over £20 for something and keep seeing all these reviews which seem fake, I feel the need to say something haha.

Delivery of the book was quick. Getting 50% off the price was a bonus. Bought the book for my friend who is getting married in September.
