Amazing can not wait to have more dates fast delivery aswell would highly recommend

Great product, very fast delivery!
We got the couples date book and it’s so much fun, we haven’t done too much yet as dates are few and far between being busy working parents but this book took all the hassle away from the planning process. We will never have the “I don’t know, what do you want to do?” conversation again! Not sure if it’s worth the full price of £40 but a fun gift idea all the same.

Ordered this 2 days before valentines with the guarantee it would be delivered! 3 days later still nothing!!! They keep sending me useless tracking numbers that say will update when delivery recieved .. (what good is that?!?!?) And keep saying It will be delivered in one more business day! Feel like I wasted my money...

An amazing gift that my wife and I are both excited and so looking forward to using and having making adventures together.

Brilliant idea for date night!!! It's so fun to reveal the surprises and then play and execute them and then writing up about the experience together and how it made us feel is so nice and romantic.

Ordered the family edition to give to our almost 10 year old for one of her Birthday gifts. It is a beautiful book, something different and she is going to love doing it.

Fast delivery and good communication. I will be looking at ordering further in the future as gifts.

Whilst the idea and product is great. The customer service is beyond a joke.

I ordered the Couples Edition for me and my wife this Valentine's day as a gift to her.

The product is sent in a thin cardboard packaging, no additional protection. So as I'm sure you can image a book with no protection comes damaged. Correct.

I contact the company and provided photos of the damage to the product and the packaging. At first instance they offered nothing at all, despite their website advising a 60 day risk free period.

When further pushed they offered to send out a replacement, with some additional vouchers. Whilst this is satisfactory the offer only came after I pushed. As a result I requested a full refund to cease dealing with this company.

They responded by asking me to return the product and only then will a refund be provided. More inconvenience for a product that will only be destroyed on return, as damaged.

I responded with my issues and this is verbatim what the response said:
'Hello,

I have taken over the case, if you want a refund you need to return it.

case closed Tobias, let's move on amicably like adults'.

You could most definitely create your own scrap book of memories and not waste you moment and time here.

Love this idea and can't wait to use book. It arrived quickly but was missing the stickers but I got in touch to let then know and they responded promptly and sorted it out. I'm excited to get exploring.

This is an amazing book and a top quality product.
My husband and I had mislaid half of our stickers for the date night book and a lovely lady called Louise sent us a replacement set.

Fast delivery, even at Xmas. Bought 2, 1 as a gift and 1 for us. Great ideas inside bit was a little disappointed that we only received 1 set of extra ideas. Great product
