My experience with Sutton Car Repairs was exceptionally good. Throughout my repairs (via an insurance claim)I was kept informed at all stages from estimating the cost of the repairs, the approvals from the insurance company, collecting my car, stages of repair and was given timely estimates for completion. The work carried out was at a great standard and is as good as new! Would recommend this place for all aspects of paint work and body work.

The bodywork damage to my car was repaired and it looks very good. They even cleaned my car before returning it. Fiona at reception is very helpful and friendly, thanks guys

They were flexible enough to pick my car up from my workplace and offer me a very good courtesy car. They kept me updated regarding any developments during the process of repairing my car and completed the repairs very quickly. The repairs and paint job made the car look better than it was previously. They were also kind enough to clean my car inside and out before handing back. It was a perfect service, couldn't have asked for any more.

The Mazda garage no longer have a body shop and referred me to SuttonCarRep. The bumper damage on my car was reviewed by a mechanic and bodywork booked in. Turnaround time was ok. Paintwork on bumper had to be redone ( needed edges smoothing over). They understood the issue and fixed it. Looks ok now.

Excellent service, car was picked up and dropped off at my convenience. All members of the team I dealt with were really friendly. I didn’t have a need to do any chasing and was kept up to date regularly through text.

I recently had an incident that caused damage to the back and front of my car. My insurance company put forward Sutton Car Repairs and I can honestly say I wasn't disappointed with the worked carried out and the way SCR went about their business. Throughout the repair process I was kept up to date by text as to what stage they were at. When my car was returned to me I was very pleased with the work done, unfortunately my ACC wasn't working, I rang SCR and spoke to Reiss. This man and his team couldn't do enough for me, I was given a courtesy car while extensive work was carried out to find and fix the problem with my ACC.
I cannot fault the work done and the work ethic at SCR.
I'd like to say a massive thank you from a very happy RS5 owner.

Took my vehicle into Sutton Car Body repairs, car was looked at by Brian, who gave a price and as they had had a cancellation he said he could deal with my car almost straight away. Left the car later that day and the work was carried out and I collected the car the following afternoon. Excellent customer service and the vehicle damage was carried out to perfection. Thank you Brian and the team. Very pleased and will not hesitate to recommend you to others.

Sutton Car repairs have been very open, straightforward, friendly and efficient in dealing with my claim. Over 6 months after they had replaced my bumper, one afternoon, I finally got round to asking if they could look into the leaking boot. Even though it wasn’t their fault, they took the time to have a good look, did their best to stop it, and charged me nothing for their time and effort. I was very impressed and am really grateful!
