They have done a first class job of the repair and the car came back to us nice and clean considering it had been in the workshop for 8 weeks.

Staff have been so lovely. We had an accident on the 20/7/2024 and the car was taken, repaired, and back to us by 29/07/2024. Can’t fault them at all. Work is to a high standard and they even cleaned our car too (with 3 kids this is a huge added bonus!!! 😂)

My car went in for repair allocated by my insurer. Sutton car repair did a good job on the panels. It looks how it did before. They also communicated every process that was happening and kept me up to date. Can't fault the service I received

Great communication about the stage of repair my car was at. friendly office staff and the guys that done my car they could not do enough for me so would highly recommend this company hope I don't need to go through this again but if I did would definitely use these guys

I used this garage following an insurance claim. They booked my vehicle in straight away. I received text message updates to let me know the progress throughout and they even called me after I had the car back to check I was happy with it. Smashing job Sutton

Had my vehicle repaired by these lot as I had no choice in the matter, it went through By Miles Insurance services.
Even though the repair, if that’s what it’s called, was over a year ago, I was I still wanted to leave my annoyance and dissatisfaction with Sutton Car Repairs.
Beware of them and challenge any decision from your insurance company if they allocate this business, that, falsely advertises their kite mark…
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

I brought my Audi Q3 into Sutton Car Repairs with a really deep ‘gouge’ in the bodywork. I feared the worst price wise & thought that I’d be without my car for some time. I met with Brian who put me at ease on all counts - quote was good and without car for 3 days.

Terrible company.. no communication from them had my car for over a week and hadn’t even started it…insurance company had to intervene… would never use again

I had no choice about where my car went for repair as it was upto the insurance. It was good that they collected my vehicle and that I had a courtesy car. I didn't think the repair would take long as it was just to replace a plastic cracked rear bumper. When it was returned the plastic part was the wrong part it had been replaced by a gloss black piece of plastic instead of a textured bumper that had been on previously. When I queried this I was told that that was the correct part and that it would not be changed and if I didn't get the courtesy car back to them that it would be reported stolen. I admit I did get angry because I had not been listened to and was practically called a liar as the photo proved that the bumper was gloss black and that was that. If you do deal with this company good luck!!

Brian took a look at the dent, gave me his assessment and I booked the car in immediately for a few days time. The dent was repaired expertly in a few hours. Marvellous service. Would recommend without hesitation.

Stay will away from Sutton car repairs, I'm not sure why insurance companies are still using them, they have had some wheels on order for over 4 weeks and when I called them up for an update they said that they will get someone to call back. To date I'm still waiting for an update. I have had enough and now my insurance company is dealing with them directly and guess what they are having the same issue's. I had called them incompetent and the receptionist took an offence, well I think I got it right because the company is incompetent. Stay well away and if your insurance company recommends them, refuse and go else where. I now wish I had done that.

I left my dashcam in my car and watched as the driver 'gapped' traffic so he could race my car on the straights (He was going nearly 50mph on a 30mph main road near a hospital) plus he took 'the long way round' to get to my home.

I could hear my car being driven hard as I was outside clearing out my courtesy car at the time - the garage is only down the road from me.

I've actually shown this footage to Sutton Car Repairs.

The response I received was "He was only taking it up to 3,000rpm and we've told him not to do it again" - 3,000rpm? In a 3.0Litre, Straight-Six, Twin Turbo with a Dual Clutch Transmission (which would shifts automatically under normal driving at 2,000rpm) with 300bhp is not going to be 'Sunday driving'.

Upon inspection, I saw that my car had not been repaired fully so I had to send it back again - I told them to not deliver my car as I couldn't trust their drivers.

To replace my turbos it costs around £4,500, to replace my rear tyres is another £230 each.

Overall, I would say avoid this company as I, like many other drivers, cherish their cars and do not expect them to be abused.
