Fantastic customer service. Went in with a flat tyre, in a panic because I needed to drive to Leicestershire to pick up my daughter’s wedding dress that day. Hassan ordered and fitted a new tyre in less than 45 mins, saving the day!

Following a minor bump, my insurers put my car bodywork repair through Sutton Car Repairs, the process was simple, a convenient window was agreed for the car to be with them, and the repair completed to a high standard in the time expected. Overall it is difficult to find anything the workshop could do better.

Car was picked up by Lewis Hamilton, who had no regard for speed or gears going up the road, car returned two and a half weeks later, bearing in mind this was for a replacement drivers side mirror. Mirror does fold in but glass motor is straining to move glass and more disturbing is the fact that my car has been booked in to garage as it was returned to me with the steering faulty. This was not an issue on the vehicle before the visit to Sutton Car Repairs. I have tried to speak to them to address issues but they have been condescending and unhelpful. To be fair I wouldn’t trust them with it at all now. Since I mentioned putting up a review on here a few months ago there have been miraculously good reviews appearing!! Reply - I think the steering issue is due to the car being banged up or down something while in your care, changing a mirror wouldn’t affect the steering so you are correct on that issue.

Sutton Car Repairs are a breath of fresh air – a company that truly delivers great service. Everyone I dealt with was excellent, from the friendly lady in the office to Brian in the workshop.

Brian managed to fit our car in at short notice, and the quality of the work was impeccable. The repair was completed quickly, at a fair price, and I was kept fully updated throughout the process.

Thank you for fixing our car so efficiently – outstanding service all round. Highly recommended!

I was kept in the loop all along from start to finish with timescales, what was occuring and the delivery and pick up of courtesy car by Daniel was prompt, professional and easy. As too was paying my excess to the office where Fiona was professional as well as funny even though feeling under the weather.
The repair was amazing, like just off the showroom floor.
First class service, very happy.
