The strap line “we won’t sell you a car but we will help you buy one “ is absolutely spot on, Andy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and not at all the pushy salesman you expect from a car dealership. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Anthony at Luscombes Leeds advised me from my initial enquiry through to me picking up my new car. He was able to give me options and to respond to my questions in a way which made me feel confidence about my purchase.

Excellent service throughout the buying process

Anthony helped me with the purchase of a used car, together with the part ex. of my old car. The process was explained clearly, without being pushy in anyway to go ahead.

Always nice to visit a car showroom that lets you browse & not try to sell you a car.
Today I collected my new Suzuki eVitara Ultra 4x4, having completed most of the paperwork prior to this visit it was straightforward to complete the rest.
Andy Jordan did everything he could to make my purchase easy, as someone who hates paperwork it was great to have him sort it out.
His easy going manner is so relaxing & his professional approach is nice.
The hand over was very comprehensive & thorough.
At no point did he talk too fast or in a manner that only car salesmen understand.
Having bought many cars from Luscombes over the years this hand over was one of the best.
The showroom was as usual very clean & tidy.

WOW WOW, today was the most fantastic experience picking our new e-Vitara up.

A walk round and detailed video was done for us. No other dealership does this. The time Graeme spent with us was amazing going through everything.

From the moment we made our first enquiry we were greeted with a warm & welcoming reception. Levita was there to greet us when we arrived & enabled a smooth and unpressured purchase of a new vehicle & a fair part exchange of our old vehicle. The handover was so informative having received a personal video introducing me to my new car which was awaiting collection that afternoon, to the sales team & Levita welcoming us to the showrooms once more. I would recommend Luscombe Suzuki Leeds unreservedly.

Disapointed with my recent visit to luscombs suzuki ,for mot and full service ..
Did not send me the useual video of my jimny being checked ,I had to wait for parts ,that's okay but next day I waited until 4.50 pm to ask if ready said yes if you can get here in 15 mins or leave it there for another day ..picked up tires were covered in an orange coloured dust/ dirt ? They used to send car back clean ..and this time did not send me an invite to review service .feels very different to previous years

Recently returned for my annual service and warranty work I would like to convey to the whole reception team what a great experience it was very relaxed and friendly very genuine that's hard to produce and maintain over a period of time but you've smashed it. The car buying experience is top notch but as important the after care service is the best around. I live around an hour's drive away but it's worth travelling to know how you will treated and valued.

Wonderful service from this garage from start to finish I would not hesitate in recommending them. I dealt with Andy who was so good and kept me informed of everything. I love my new Suzuki Ignis it’s a fabulous little car

Luscombe offer a great car buying experience for the customer which they delivered over and above.

I was well looked after by Luscombe when I purchased a Susuki Vitara. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very responsive. They saved me time by bringing a car to test drive at home and then delivering my new car to me. I was helped to set up the technology. What a great team.

Bought a Brand New Suzuki S cross Ultra Allgrip last year. Everyone was so friendly and Andy Jordan was so patient and gave me lots of advice. Just had my car in for it's yearly service and it was so nice to be welcomed back-Andy even remembered me (despite calling him the wrong name!) The service was so much better than at other dealerships. I only had one text to remind me my service was due and not numerous phone calls, texts, emails as I had from my previous dealership. My car was given a time slot and was ready when they said it would be. The price was the price quoted and everything they said they would do was done-including the wash and vac, which again was never carried out by previous dealership. I was made to feel very welcome again and I even got a years breakdown cover for having my service done there. I just wish I'd been with them before as I said it is so much better that the dealership I had been going to near where I live. It may be a little more expensive that other garages but it is so worth it.. I highly recommend Suzuki Luscombe and am so pleased I am now dealing with them.

Just taken delivery of our new motor & everything that you need when buying a car is there for you at Luscombe’s,no hassle friendly sales guy (andy Jordan) made us feel involved in every aspect of buying our car it’s good to know that there is still honest dealerships out there I have now bought two cars from Luscombe’s & hopefully this one won’t be our last.
