Omöjliga att få tag på… Dom säljer ett medlemskap som ska ge fri frakt och snabb kommunikation med kundservice - men de svarar sällan på mail.

Put in two orders and both times I received an email saying my money had been refunded because my order was less than £100 despite the website giving postage prices for others up to £40. No explanatory email, no number to call. Avoid like the plague.

Die Firma verspricht; eine Woche Lieferung… es hat 2,5 Wochen gedauert! Eine Antwort von der Firma liess auf sich warten! Als sie kam hiess es: sie suchen nach einer Verantwortlichen… bis her (einen Monat später) nichts mehr gehört. Als die Bestellung dann endlich eintraf…. War Alles (über 15 Artikel bestellt) abgesehen von 2 Sachen über den mindest Haltbarkeitsdatum drüber…. Auch dazu hat die Firma sich nicht geäußert. Eine absolute Schande! Ich habe die Firma Zeit gegeben um sich zu entschuldigen, aber jetzt habe ich keine andere Wahl als diese Bewertung zu schreiben um andere vor dieser Firma zu warnen! Könnte ich null Sterne geben hätte ich das getan.

Food items received have a ‘best before’ date of november 29th, I received them november 25th. I’m quite sure, this is illegal.

Wrong items shipped to me, and last this site is super over priced, 12 € for ice packed with your old food?!

Ich wollte gefrorene "Cloudberries" bestellen, eine Art skandinavische Himbeere welche ich schon lange probieren wollte. Ich war froh, dass es sie in dem Shop zu geben schien und bestellte sie, plus noch ein paar Süssigkeiten, damit sich die Transportkosten lohnen. Die erste negative Überraschung war eine zusätzliche Rechnung für eine "frozen fee". Nachvollziehbar, aber ich fand es unschön, dass das nirgendwo zuvor erwähnt worden war. Jedenfalls habe ich keinen Hinweis gesehen beim bestellen, und auch danach nicht. Hab's trotzdem bezahlt, weil ich wollte ja unbedingt die Beeren haben. Dann die Ernüchterung: es kam ein Paket an, jedoch ohne die Beeren. Ich bekam von der Post eine E-Mail, dass das zweite Paket mit den Beeren irgendwo in Zürich ausgeliefert worden war. Also vermutlich falsch adressiert. Ich schrieb noch am selben Abend eine Mail mit Beweis-Screenshots und erklärte die Situation. Zwei Arbeitstage später erhielt ich eine Antwort und eine Rückerstattung für die Beeren und die "frozen fee". Auf meine Frage hin wieso ich nicht einfach neue Beeren bekommen konnte bzw. wieso ich nicht gefragt wurde, was mir lieber wäre - Geld oder Ware - kam die Antwort, dass die Beeren gar nicht lieferbar gewesen wären und somit gar nicht verschickt worden waren. Ich hatte aber doch die E-Mail mit der Lieferbestätigung von der Post als Beweis geschickt? Was wurde denn da nach Zürich geliefert?? Für mich irgendwie nicht nachvollziehbar, hört sich an wie eine glatte Lüge. Zwei Sterne gibt's trotzdem, für die unkomplizierte Rücküberweisung. Nochmal zahle ich die 14CHF Transportkosten + 9CHF frozen fee aber nicht für ein paar Beeren, die ich am Ende vielleicht gar nicht bekomme...

Love the selection, in particular when it comes to seasonal specialties and luxury goods. I have ordered frozen items, they arrive frozen as well as fresh goods. If anything couldn’t be delivered for some reason, they proactively refunded the money.

Very customer friendly perfect service and refund. Perfect service and food. Recommend able also if you are not scandinavian. The kind of food you should experience!

Don't get fooled by the pretty website!
First delivery: half of the products destroyed as frozen and chilled items packed together. Ever had frozen cured herring or ice block of yogurt?
Second delivery: Full amount charged, half of items missing, refunded but with incorrect amount. Explanation provided 'we didn't secure the items'. So, they charge before they know if they can deliver.

On the positive side, they have always responded fast to complaints.

I used a code I found on the internet, and I admit, I took advantage of it. But they decided to cancel all of my orders even the ones that were already payed for. If they don’t want people to use their codes, why do they put them on the internet? I’m very unhappy with how they handled this and the rude emails I got. Don’t recommend.

Horrible customer service (no response no way other than email to contact them. They ship like they are toddlers (seafood no ice). Your only way to get resolved is to file complaint with your credit card

It took 15 days before the parcella arrived there was a few items and i paid euro 344 for nothing. They dont reply to my mails with pictures hoping that there would be an explanation no reply and now its the second day so if there was a reason they have had time to answer

Good selection of products. But after ordering on Sunday as recommended on the website my order is still not dispatched by Wednesday. I received an email yesterday saying even though I paid £15 for shipping this was not enough to cover the shipping charges. I requested a refund but have had no reply. It’s now been 24 hours and I feel worried I will not receive my refund.

Ich habe dort Konserven bestellt, die sonst kaum erhältlich sind und dafür die hohen Frachtkosten in Kauf genommen.

Einige Tage lang passierte nichts. Dann habe ich den Support kontaktiert und darauf hingewiesen, dass die Lieferadresse weitere 8 Tage später für eine Woche nicht zur Verfügung stünde und man dies bitte berücksichtigen solle.
Aber Swedishness konnte nichts tun - weder eine andere Adresse benutzen noch die Lieferung etwas zurückhalten.

Nochmal etwas später wurde die Ware verschickt und ist zum Glück gerade noch rechtzeitig angekommen.

Auch merkwürdig - die Sendung war als Gefahrgut deklariert mit angeblich 2 kg Trockeneis. Natürlich war kein Trockeneis im Paket - wozu auch bei nicht kühlpflichtiger Ware? Was soll das?

Ich habe den Eindruck, dass der Händler die Versandabwicklung nicht selbst vornimmt und praktisch keinen Einfluss auf den Prozess hat.

Die Ware selbst ist in Ordnung.

Zusammengefasst würde ich lieber nicht wieder dort einkaufen. Ich kann keine Lieferadresse zur Verfügung stellen, bei der wochenlang tagtäglich jemand anwesend ist.

Love Love Love, they closed the Swedish Deli I went to here. And I find it's weird to ask my friends to bring me cheese when visiting LA. So I found I can just have it shipped so I can have my breakfast like I do there.

Great way to get food and snacks from home. Always arrives chilled / frozen when it has to be.

Swedishness are professional, friendly when contacted and have true Swedish products for those who miss them in Switzerland.
They now ship to the USA at decent shipping costs.
IKEA used to have many of these products, but have now rebranded their copies to their own logo - not so good...

My friend introduced me to Swedish food not long ago and I fell in love... In Italy where I live its a bit difficult to find authentic Swedish food so I came across Swedishness, there was a great variety of products and it was super easy to order. The package arrived in 3 days and the food was super fresh and delicious. 10/10 would recommend!

I don't normally leave reviews but I was so happy with my food delivery that I felt compelled to do so. My partner is Swedish and so to find a company that imports high quality food products for a great price has been amazing. I could not believe how fresh the products were. The bread was so soft like it had just been baked and the meatballs and sausages were top quality! I also ordered cheese and a bernaise sauce which were delicious. I will definitely be ordering again... Thanks for fantastic fresh food and a quick delivery!
