Buon giorno,
questo per informarvi che il cliente non si sente assistito, se ci sono esigenze o problemi è praticamente impossibile parlare con un back office, il numero con il prefisso di Roma praticamente non risponde, e se risponde non parla italiano (nemmeno per le residenze in Italia). Sarebbe opportuno che ci fosse qualcuno che risponda prontamente per telefono e non solo via email in inglese ma anche nella lingua locale.
L'appartamento che abbiamo prenotato per il nostro soggiorno, Gottardo 1 Milano, è carino ma era pulito in modo molto approssimativo, con una pulizia imprecisa, era facile percepire che il pavimento del bagno e i bordi della doccia non erano molto puliti, un po' di polvere nei cassetti e nei vari angoli della casa il set cortesia del bagno era insufficiente rispetto a 2 ospiti per 3 notti, (c'era solo uno shampoo e un sapone liquido per ciascuno, cioè per un giorno) da utilizzare per il lavabo del bidet e doccia, niente sapone o porta sapone. Nel ripostiglio di servizio c'era un bastone per lavare per terra con molti peli, il ferro da stiro non funzionava, il wifi acceso ma non trasmette nulla, il letto (in agosto) non ha un lenzuolo sopra ma solo un piumino, quindi di notte senti molto caldo o freddo.
L'impianto di illuminazione non illumina a sufficienza gli ambienti in cui è difficile leggere un libro, anche nel piano cottura è impossibile vedere a sufficienza per poterlo utilizzare, nelle stanze non ci sono le tende, quindi se non vuoi essere visto dalle finestre di fronte devi chiudere le persiane.
Insomma, per poterlo paragonare ad un hotel 4 stelle (come viene descritto nel loro sito) devono fare ancora fare molta strada.
Forse chi si prende cura di questo appartamento non ha idea di come dovrebbe essere un alloggio di buon livello.

They promised a property and hold it for 24h then time to pay they asked about more 30% more !!!

Great apartment, comfortable beds, very helpful staff!

We had a very pleasant experience with our apartment. Everything was clean and worked well. We loved having a washer/dryer and a large refrigerator. The bedrooms were quiet and the bathrooms were modern and comfortable. We loved the location -- close to all we wanted to see. Sweet Inn was great about helping us with any problems we had. They helped us log on to the tv. Right next door was a wonderful Italian restaurant we ate at twice.

1. Is ne publient pas sur l’annonce Airbnb qu’ils bloqueront 1400 € en dépôt. Une fois la réservation passée sur Airbnb, on est renvoyé à un site professionnel où on est obligé d’accepter de bloquer 1400!€ pour finaliser la réservation!

Great stylish place with lots of room and storage. Not right in the center but 10 min drive. Quiet neigbourhood.
There is a train in the end of the garden but because it is below zero level you will not hear it

Beautiful apartment, right in the heart of the Center. Very modern apartment with a huge living room and TV. The beds are very comfortable and they provided plenty of towels. For an extra cost, they can deliver groceries for you, they can cook for you, in your kitchen, they can do laundry, amazing service

Geen geld terug maar een voucher. Boeken naar een adere stad kan niet?.. Ja maar niet naar berlijn. Dat is weer een partner stad. Ze doen er niks aan om je te helpen.

We stayed in an appartment at calle salvador espriu in Barcelona. It is a beautiful big, clean, trendy and luxurieus appartment. Everything you need is there, with an amazing view om the sea. The customer service was really nice and helpfull. We are still excited about our stay and we will definitely be back!

Très bel appartement, parfaitement situé place du Luxembourg avec le niveau de finition et de style toujours de bon goût.

Propreté et service de très bonne qualités, les séjours se passent toujours très harmonieusement lorsque je prends des appartements Sweet In (St Jean, Luxembourg, Régence).

I would have given this service zero stars if I could. Very bad customer service, unclear instructions and when a formal complaint was made the answer was useless. I was given the wrong apartment number, wifi and lights were not working, and no one was answering to their customer service number, I was instead re-directed to voicemail at 11:00pm at night when I couldn't enter the apartment. I definitely do not recommend you booking an apartment through Sweet Inn.

Very smooth and agile from booking to the stay. Very reactive and benevolent staff. I recommend.

Having booked a property through Airbnb with this despicable company at an agreed price, they decided to cancel our booking after we had booked flights and paid for other travel arrangements because they wished to relist the property at a higher price.

I very rarely leave reviews but I am so appalled by the behaviour of this company I feel compelled to warn any other prospective customers against doing business with them.

There are plenty of other holiday letting companies providing a far better service - don’t put your holiday at risk booking with these charlatans.

Great location on Passeig de Gracia above huge Zara shop. Great double glazing so good night sleep on a really comfortable bed. Swish and trendy apartment with modern and tasteful decor. Great staff. And a really great price. Couldn't have been happier.
