Beautiful apartment and customer service 10/10

The apartment was immaculate and everything was in place. There was a small issue and this was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. We will be visiting Barcelona again and will also be visiting "Sweet Inn" again

We got some troubles with our first apartment when arriving at Barcelona. Local Sweet Inn staff was efficient and reactive to resolve our problem in any hour of the day without any doubt on us. Much appreciate communication too.
Apartment are amazing with all necessary to stay many weeks.

Terrible company. They try to scam you in every way possible (especially if you book through Airbnb). While trying to resolve issues they even blatantly lied to us. Try to avoid booking with them in any way possible

Very nice apartment! Everything you need is here. Comfortable bed and modern design apartment. Perfect location! It’s near tram, market, restaurants and shops...very central location indeed. It’s easy to communicate with the host also. We recommend couple travellers to stay in this apartment. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Jerusalem. Many thanks!

Perfect location, clean, excellent communication with the rental host.

We loved our experience in Milan, Italy. It was a spectacular 3 bedroom apartment with plenty of space and the bathrooms were amazing! Thanks to Roberto and his team. The check in was simple and the stay was amazing.

We arrived to hot water not working in the master bath, the washer does not work, their is a leak that shows through on the ceiling and to top it off, one of the bathrooms has a drain issue causing the water to overflow into the bathroom sink. They will not let us get a refund to move to another apartment.

Precioso apartamento sweet- inn Gloria en Lisboa,decoracion bonita completamente equipado con todo en cocina y baño, cama comoda salon grande,igual que el baño, al lado de avenida libertadores, en el centro,parking y restaurantes próximos,el staff atentos y pendientes de ti.
La unica pega es que no tiene ascensor, para personas con movilidad reducida lo tengan en cuenta, volveria a repitir sin lugar a dudas.

Great location. The appartment has all tge facilities you need and more. It is very clean and the bed and couch are very comfortable. Lovely extra's, such as slippers and coffee. Easy communication process for check-in.

Superbe logement, très beau, très bien équipé et très bien situé dans le centre de Lisbonne. Sweet Inn répond dans la minute à la moindre demande. Juste un petit problème d’isolation dû aux portes vitrées mal posées mais la rue est calme et le chauffage présent donc ce n’est pas gênant. Juste un peu de bruit par rapport aux voisins d’étage. Nous recommandons très fortement cet appartement.

Great communication, help, support. Professional service and personal touches. We loved the apartment and location and the extra touches like slippers, combs, umbrellas... would definitely stay again.

A entrega de chaves aconteceu de forma remota, atendendo solicitações por whatsapp e sempre foram muito atenciosos. O apartamento é muito confortável e bem equipado. Tinham mimos no apartamento como cápsulas de café expresso e chá, assim como detergente e esponja para lavar louça, além de chinelo e produtos de higiene. Um apartamento muito bonito. A cama é muito confortável e o chuveiro é ótimo! A localização é excelente, tem lojas no entorno, casas de espetáculos, mercado e açougue, além de estação de metrô e ponto de ônibus.

Great service, very professional staff. Very cozy apartment at Le Marais (Place des Vosges studio). Bizarre toilette though, ideal for couples.
