I got the SwitchBot Min Hub and it works very well with my old air conditioners. The configuration is very simple and quick. It is totally integrable within Google Home. The standalone app is quite helpful as well, if you do not want to integrasted within the popular smart home platforms.

I bought another SwitchBot Standing Circulator Fan. This summer was brutal in Sweden, so I decided to add more fans to my collection. I love these fans! They are really quiet, and I love that I am able to drag the fan with me when I need them. I even bring it to the bathroom, which sounds weird, but it was a lifesaver if you hate sweating. I also really appreciate their affordability given all the features they have!

After 18 days, there is no news regarding the delivery and no response to the request for clarification and information.

Pretty awful. Bought two of these and have tried to set up but one of them is stuck in a mode that it can't get out of. Tried everything suggested online to reset it but doesn't work. Customer support nowhere to be seen - online chat closed, no response to emails and phone number doesn't work. Want to return my items but can't get through to anyone.

Bought the outdoor thermometer and hydrometer to try out. Seems like a accurate enough product so far. Has logging and the app has sufficient features. Happy with product.

The battery life has been incredible compared to my previous smart lock. With my old lock, the rechargeable battery pack would last only around four days, which became a major concern. I was actually locked out one midnight after stepping outside just to throw away the rubbish because the lock had run out of battery. I ended up paying a huge amount for a locksmith to get me back in.
After that experience, I actively started looking for a more reliable alternative, which eventually led me to SwitchBot Lock Ultra. So far, the battery performance has been a huge improvement and gives me much greater peace of mind.

I bought the SwitchBot Bot to use with Homey Pro, and setup was very easy. Adding the device to my Homey device list took no time at all.

Since it uses Bluetooth, I could manage it from both the Homey app and the SwitchBot app, using guest mode. This let me configure options like how long the button press should last. The explanations for each setting were clear and easy to follow.

The SwitchBot app itself is smooth and pleasant to use. I like that you can manage the device without creating an account, but I also tried it with an account set up, and that worked just as fluidly.

My only complaint is latency. When triggering the switch through an automation, turning it on is sometimes noticeably slower than with a Zigbee device. A Zigbee version of the Bot would be a great addition, since it would likely cut that delay significantly.

S10 All-in-One Robot:
I’ve experienced multiple hardware issues since purchasing the S10 in February. Over the course of several months, the water filling station, the vacuum docking station, and the S10 itself (repaired/replaced twice) all required replacement. The only reason I’m taking the time to share this feedback is because of the exceptional customer service I received. A huge shout-out to Connor—he was incredibly patient and supportive throughout the entire troubleshooting process. That said, as a customer, I’d love to know what steps SwitchBot is taking to improve quality control across design, manufacturing, and delivery.

Outdoor Meters:
I own four outdoor meters, and they’ve been working great continuously since purchase. Aside from occasional Bluetooth drops when near the range limit or experiencing interference, I haven't run into any major issues.

Feature Request: It would be awesome if SwitchBot offered a Bluetooth repeater or range extender to help boost coverage for outdoor devices.

I’ve been using several SwitchBot products in my smart home, and the Curtain Openers have been the standout devices. The installation was simple, and once calibrated, they have operated reliably every day. The motors are smooth, quiet, and powerful enough to move my curtains consistently without needing frequent adjustments.

What impressed me the most is how well they integrate into my home automation system. I use scheduled automations throughout the day to gradually open my bedroom curtains in stages and close them automatically before sunset. The Curtain Openers execute these routines reliably, making my home feel much more comfortable and automated without requiring any manual intervention.

The build quality has also been excellent. The devices have remained dependable over months of daily use, and firmware updates have continued to improve functionality and stability. Overall, the Curtain Openers have exceeded my expectations and have become one of my favorite smart home products. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for an easy and dependable way to automate their curtains.

I have a number of Seitchbot products in my Matter network and they work flawlessly.

I particularly like the upright LED mood light as it has a very calming effect on certain colour schemes.

I have an old garage door that I could previously only open with the remote control or by pressing the button on the motor itself. Then I found this absolutely brilliant solution with SwitchBot. 😄

I simply positioned the device so that it physically presses the button whenever I give it a command through the app. It’s already a great solution on its own, but the really cool part comes next. 😄

I connected SwitchBot to Samsung SmartThings, so I can control it directly from there. And since SmartThings can be used with Android Auto, I added it to the display in my Kia Ceed.

Now I just open SmartThings on the car’s screen, press the button, and the garage door opens. 🤯

And the best part: it responds instantly. There’s virtually no delay at all.

Honestly, it’s incredible that I managed to turn an old “dumb” garage door into a smart one that I can control from my phone and even directly from my car’s screen. 😄

Pretty much every friend I’ve shown this to is blown away by how I managed to do it. 😂

Mit dem Outdoor-Meter und einer alleinigen Offline-Nutzung via Bluetooth bin ich schon glücklich. Ich stehe unmittelbar vor einer Erweiterung inkl. einem Hub. Derweil läuft über 4-6 Wochen alles gut und zuverlässig. Gut so - weiter so! 💪

The set up was really simple and the monitor is a very handy size.

I bought it to take on holiday, as I was curious to know how warm it was while away.

It’s been easy to use, reliable and, of course, super portable.

The info I get on the app is interesting and it’s great that I don’t need a constant internet connection for it to work.

I’ll also use it when I hibernate my tortoise over winter.

I’m very happy with the SwitchBot K11+ overall. The cleaning performance is excellent, and the robot works reliably in everyday use. The integration with Apple HomeKit was also completely seamless and worked without any problems.

The main area for improvement is the SwitchBot app. Setting up and managing virtual walls or no-go zones is a little cumbersome and could be made much more intuitive.

I would also really like to see an option to change the orientation of rooms on the map. Being able to rotate or adjust the room layout would make the map much easier to understand and navigate, especially when managing different rooms and cleaning areas.

Overall, the K11+ is a very good robot vacuum with excellent performance and great HomeKit integration. With some improvements to the app and map management, the experience could be even better.

I judged it sorely based on the vacuum performance, because it’s not really a mopping robot and I would not recommend it using as one.
