I'd like to share my experience with Meter. I have a room in my house that used to be a huge terrace, which was later enclosed with glass and windows. Because of this, two of its sides don't have walls but rather an aluminum-and-glass structure that unfortunately doesn't retain heat in winter and lets heat in during summer. The Meter has been fantastic to use because it lets me monitor the temperature in summer, so I can turn on the air conditioner when it gets too hot, and the humidity in winter, so I can turn on the dehumidifier to prevent mold.

Great, quiet fan with smart features.
The fan works absolutely reliably and is a joy to use everyday. Whether running on battery or plugged in, the device is delightfully quiet and unobtrusive, and the natural airflow feature provides a very pleasant climate, especially in the home office. Delivery was also completely smooth as described.
However, there are a few software improvements to be desired:
The integration via Matter was a bit cumbersome since the manual isn't optimal and you have to install the app first rather than integrating the device directly via QR code. In addition, advanced settings (such as the maximum oscillation range) should be directly controllable via Matter without needing the separate app.
Nevertheless, a super product that I can unreservedly recommend!

We recently bought the SwitchBot IP65 Indoor Outdoor Hygrometer Thermometer and we are really happy with it as we use it to ensure the temperature is high enough for our tortoise to run around outside and then to check the humidity in his house when indoors later in the evening.

We aren't using the hub currently but the Bluetooth is certainly strong enough to keep an eye on the temperature around most of our small house.

Will definitely get another one so we don't have to keep moving it and hopefully a hub so we can monitor whilst out of the house.

I was struggling with an old AC unit in my apartment that did not have a remote. I had purchased a basic remote, however I needed to control my ac with my phone while I was out. The setup for the learn mode on the SwitchBot Hub Mini was very easy to use. I am now able to control my ac with my phone, and schedule automations to turn on and off my ac, thanks to SwitchBot!

I use several meter, meter plus and meter pro with hub mini. The Bluetooth range of the meter with hub mini is amazing. It goes through 3 concrete walls, and als through my fridge inside.
I also had a good customer experiance. I ordered online in their shop. Did send back some items I could not use as I thought I could. No problems at all. I do recommend them.

Ho acquistato uno SwitchBot Bot per automatizzare il pulsante di accensione del termostato del mio condizionatore, così da poterlo controllare anche da remoto. Ho inoltre acquistato un Hub Mini, che mi ha permesso di collegare il Bot a Internet e integrarlo con Google Home insieme agli altri dispositivi smart che utilizzo in casa.

Entrambi i prodotti mi sono sembrati ben progettati, pratici e funzionali, e nel loro insieme rappresentano una soluzione semplice ed efficace per automatizzare dispositivi tradizionali senza doverli modificare.

Ho inoltre apprezzato la serietà dell'azienda e l'attenzione dedicata al cliente e al supporto. Questo contribuisce sicuramente a rendere positiva l'esperienza complessiva con il marchio.

Also ich habe mir das Türschloss von Switchbot bestellt. Die Bestellung ist in wenigen Tagen bei mir angetroffen. Alles war gut verpackt, sodass nichts beschädigt wurde. Die Installation des Schlosses habe ich in wenigen Minuten erledigt und auch die Kopplung des Pads mit dem Handy habe ich ohne viel Aufwand direkt hinbekommen. Jetzt habe ich das Schloss 4 Wochen und bin mehr als zufrieden. Ich würde jedem dieses Schloss empfehlen. Wir sind 7 Personen und alle Fingerabdrücke und Gesichter konnten erfasst werden.

SwitchBot products setup is simple, the app is intuitive and customer support is responsive and helpful whenever needed. Overall, highly recommended to automate processes and make your home smart.

Got the SwitchBot Lock Ultra recently, and honestly, it’s been pretty good so far. Installation was easier than I expected, and unlocking via the keypad or fingerprint is super quick—way convenient when my hands are full with groceries. Battery life seems decent, and overall it definitely makes daily life a bit easier. Would recommend if you're looking to upgrade your setup.

*I’ve used both the Nuki Smart Lock Go (2024) and the Aqara U200, and this one ended up being the best fit for me.

I give 5 stars because I’m very happy with our small SwitchBot K11. After 3 weeks it helps us exactly with what we wanted. It can be improved still, mostly the app and software. I believe it it be a good price quality ratio. We have had no issues hence not needed to contact customer service. So don’t know home that is if there would be an issue. However we were contacted by them asking us to share our experience with our purchase. We bought it via Amazon. They asked us to leave reviews both here and on Amazon. Which I don’t mind as long as they are ok with both positive and more constructive feedback. I kind of respect the way they do it since today it’s all about review.

So far we are very happy with both product and company.

I purchased two Curtain 3 Rod units, and the installation went quite smoothly, largely thanks to the clear video instructions, which made the whole process much easier.

I decided to replace my existing three-piece curtain rod with a single solid rod so that the Curtain 3 Rod units could move more smoothly along it. Once that was done, everything worked very well. The curtains now open and close smoothly and add a nice touch of luxury and convenience to the living room.

The only issue I had was with the matching remote control, which unfortunately arrived defective. However, after contacting support, they arranged to send me a replacement, which I really appreciate.

I have also connected the curtains to Homey so I can automate them even further. For example, when I turn on the TV, the curtains automatically close, and when I turn the TV off, they open again. The Homey integration works fairly well, although there is still some room for improvement.

Overall, I am very happy with the Curtain 3 Rod and the experience so far.

I own 2 SwitchBot Blind Tilt devices. Both are installed at my place of employment. Sometimes, simple devices work perfectly, and sometimes, they provide way more benefit than expected. Both are true in this case.
My office has two large windows, each with Venetian blinds. When I’m sitting or standing at my desk, my back is to the windows, and with every video call I take, I need to close the blinds else the bright light from the windows saturates my camera and makes me look like I’m in a witness protection program. This happens many times every day. Enter the SwitchBot blind tilt devices.
In less than 30 minutes, I installed one SwitchBot on each window. I read the well-illustrated, clearly written instructions and easily understood them. The first window took about 15 minutes; the second took less than 10. The marked paper tape made measuring the rod diameter easy, and I knew the “medium” drive insert was correct. The paper installation guide with adhesive and pre-fold guides was easy to mount. The battery, motor, and drive pieces all clicked easily onto the blind rod, and the solar cell mounted perfectly on the window.
After installing the physical SwitchBot units, it took just a few minutes to install the mobile app, pair the two SwitchBots, calibrate them, and create a single group. Now, and for the past month, my blinds open automatically every morning, close automatically every evening, and let me open and close them a dozen times a day with one touch on my phone’s home screen.
These devices are awesome!

I had bought product from them via Amazon when I saw a good sales in their app. So here what happened:
1/ June 30th, I have ordered 2 round lamps, 1 floor lamp, 2 movement sensors, 2 Meter+ to be delivered within 2-5 business days.
2/ July 10th, still no news, so I contact them within their app. I'm told the the Meter+ are delayed until end of July and they offer me to send the rest within 2-5 days.
3/ July 15th I get the floor lamp and the sensors but no round lamp. So I contact them to know why.
Then I'm told that there is no more round lamps and that it will be for mid August.
And they tell me that the meter+ will be send by the end of July as promised before.
4/ Today Sept 2, still no Meter+, no round lamps, so I contact them, pretty upset. And now they are telling me that it will be for October.

Every time I have to go thru the whole process of responding to the bot, that is transferring me to a human that is asking me for the order number, blablabla ... while the whole discussion is just there as it's kept.
I told them at least twice (2/ and 3/) that their communication is really lacking as they didn't informed me of the delays. Each time they said "Sorry we will take action blablabla" ... just empty words.
And now, I had a look at they site and ... there is a new promotion for the exact product they couldn't send me.

So to me ... this really look like a scam where they make sales, take you money, maybe hoping that enough people will forget for them to make easy money as you have to go thru hell just to be informed that you will have to wait more time.
