Schade, habe die App eigentlich gern genommen, aber wenn mir im Stand eine Geschwindigkeit von 50kmh angezeigt wird und bei gefahrenen 100kmh springt die angezeigte Geschwindigkeit munter zwischen 9 und 12 kmh hin und her. Oder mein angezeigtens Fahrzeugsymbol weiss nicht in welche Richtung es eigentlich fahren will. Es hüpft munter hin und her. Da bin ich sauer. Dafür bezahlt man Geld. Ich kann nicht ständige den Cache löschen oder die App neu aufspielen oder das Handy neu starten. Ich werde kündigen. Als Versuchsobjekt möchte ich nicht dienen vor allem nicht wenn ich dafür bezahle. Und das ist nur ein Teil der Fehler..........

Quando imposto un percorso, per il 90% delle volte mi dice che "impossibile creare percorso"... Lo disinstallerò e userò Waze!

Had a problem with Sygic Motorhome. Sent three emails requesting help. It was SIX WEEKS before I received a reply!!!!!!!!!!!

I took a "lifetime" license in 2015. Well... They probably hoped I would not live this long because there is no way to make the license work in 2025. They now want you to pay a subscription. So much for that lifetime promise. I even have the original email and invoice. Attitude sucks.

Es ist eine Katastrophe. Ich habe eine Lefetime Lizenz. Da Argument „monatlich Update“ stellt sich als Stolperstein denn die Update bedeutet jede Monate mehrere Gigabyte neu runterladen, was einige Stunden Zeitverschwendung bedeutet, ohne Update geht nichts mehr.

Sygic Trucks doesn't recognise many places in Scotland I visit such as Farms, Distilleries and Gas plants.
I am now quite upset that I get adverts popping up in my notifications every time they launch a new marketing plan. Customer support have not been able to help as that say it shouldn't be doing this. I stupidly purchased lifetime licences for everything I use and have no need for a caravan navigator too. I wish I could get my money back as I hate adverts... Why the hell advertise to your existing customers through the app to use the service.
If they were a person in a bar I would have a hard time staying there due to my desire to slap them!

Says it works with Apple CarPlay but it does not

I have been Sygic user for many years (starting on my Nokia E72 with Symbian), always happy with the app. Recently - one or two years? - hey have literally zero customer service. No response for several months despite several reminders, only some automated response, somewhat like: "We can see in our system that your request has not been solved yet- is it still valid or was it solved by one of the recent updates?". I had lifetime license, I switched to annually payed Premium+, I am generally happy with the app but I am very disappointed with their customer service which I would expect for payed app. I am just one step from changing Sygic for anything else.

Trialed the premium+ version for a couple days and can only say it's an OK app, but I wouldn't pay for it. There are other free apps that are just as good and in many cases better. Routing seems to be as good as the others but the navigation guidance nearly got me lost and it was only because I was on a familiar route that I avoided the guidance errors. If I was not familiar I would only ha e noticed if I watched the map. Not a good idea. The errors occurred at slightly more complex junctions and the guidance was somewhat confusing. It recognised my home post code but gave a different town location and when I got closer to home it seemed to lose the plot and started routing round in circles. Speed camera warnings were on point but some of the junction turn instructions were very quick and almost on top of the junction. There were a lot of missing road works but I guess that would be down to user's reporting them.

Paid for Motorhome app. Cannot log in without product code. Sent email asking for code. Standard answer "we'll respond in 3 to 5 days". Over a month later and after three more emails NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER!!! Going back to Credit card for a refund.

Absence de guidage vocal, c'est inadmissible l'appareil est monté sur un tracteur Renault truck 440 de mai 2024 les mises à jours on été faite chez le concessionnaire et ça ne fonctionne toujours pas.

I have several premium lifetime license from Sygic, now you have to pay for voice guiding for a long time. Also when I drove in Italy to a wedding in Toscane, they send me via an a steep narrow hill downwards with some difficult corners (even no paved road option was on), with no space to pass an upcoming car. Luckily I have some off road skills. When tou have no experience it could be dangerous when your car is not suitable for this kind of road. Also Sygic completely for lost in a small village near the end destination with roundabouts and had problems rerouting. People over there hardly don't speak English there. When I drove back I used Google maps and it did not offer this route back via the steep hill, just via regular roads. Sygic lost my trust as a satiafied customer in the past. Never again.

Niets waard zelfs niet 1 ster.
Heb de Truck navigatie pro en dit zijn enkele van mijn bevindingen:
-Snelheidsbeperkingen kloppen voor 80% NIET.
-Parkeerplaatsen vrachtwagen ZIJN 99,99% GEEN parkeerplaatsen voor vrachtwagens maar gewoon tankstations of bedrijven!!!
-Rustplaatsen/parkeerplaatsen is niet instelbaar, is ingesteld op “in een straal van” wat nutteloos is voor vrachtwagens want dit kan zich ook in beperkt gewicht zones bevinden en niet handig als je op de snelweg zit want geeft dan ook die van de tegenovergestelde richting weer (als er wel degelijk 1 is want ook deze melding klopt voor 99,99% niet!).
-De weergegeven afstanden op de display van de snelweg voor rustplaatsen en parking vrachtwagens klopt meestal niet en word VEEL te laat gemeld, altijd als je er al bent of er voorbij rijd (afstand voor deze melding kan niet aangepast worden).
-Melding voor gewichtsbeperking is dezelfde melding als voor snelheidsbeperking, zeer frustrerend want als je stilstaat in de buurt van een gewichtsbeperking krijg je constant de melding van te snel rijden.
-Zeer veel gewichtsbeperkingen kloppen niet!!! Waardoor je onnodig ver word rondgestuurd.
Bijvoorbeeld de singel (R10) in Antwerpen heeft TOTAAL GEEN gewichtsbeperking maar word door jullie navigatie vermeden doordat dit wel een gewichtsbeperking weergeeft. Dit is een vergunningsweg voor uitzonderlijk vervoer, en dus GEEN gewichtsbeperking!!! Dit is maar 1 voorbeeld maar zo kom ik er dagelijks tientallen tegen!
-Kent 99,99% geen huis nummers waardoor je volledig langs een verkeerde kant gestuurd word wat zorgt voor nutteloos rondrijden en vertragingen doordat je constant op de verkeerde plaats terecht komt.
-Is zijn geld NIET waard, zelfs gratis zou ik het niet meer willen, ZEER ONBETROUWBAAR, wat het bijgevolg ook ZEER ONVEILIG maakt!!!

Moet me aansluiten bij de overige negative recensies. Recent Camper optie aangeschaft maar de instellingen (hoogte, breedte, lengte, snelheid) worden niet toegepast. Ondanks het feit dat mijn maximale snelheid op 110 km/u staat geeft de app consistent 80 km/u als max snelheid op snelwegen. Kortom, de camper optie is een wassen neus, het volgt gewoon de vrachtwagen instellingen.

De routeplanning zelf is dan ook merkwaardig, slaat hele stukken snelweg over omdat een binnenweg met 80 km/u dezelfde tijd zou opleveren.

De merkwaardige routeplanning is overigens ook van toepassing op de gewone auto instellingen. Raadt binnenwegen aan, gaat van een snelweg af om bij dezelfde oprit er weer op te gaan. Zonde, was ooit een prima app. Is nu onbetrouwbaar en vooral duur.

Zou voor het geld wat ze vragen toch even verder kijken.

I agree with poor reviews on this product. Thought I'd give it a go after Co-Pilot & Tom Tom Truck both of which were fine. Sygic Premium with traffic failed early on. 1. My speed was not showing. 2. Speed limits were wholly wrong, not detected, out by 20 mph or so slow to change, a mile may have been covered before altering. If you missed a speed sign then Sygic is not there to help. Three months of trying to communicated by e mail (no phone number) have resulted in no suggested remedies other than their team will look into it. I tried a reinstall but it made no difference. Motorhome with trailer using an iphone on 18.1.1 with a wifi Carpuride screen travelling Europe.
So back to Tom Tom Truck & all working well. I paid for a service not provided by Sygic. Asked for a refund which was ignored. Although recommended by a HGV driver my experience was very poor & I would advise against buying.

Sygic ist mit Abstand die schlechteste Navigations App. Eine reine Katastrophe. Ich erspare, auf alle Fehler einzugehen, bis auf den Umstand, dass auf all die schlechten Kommentare alle Monate ein Witzbold schreibt, alles wäre super, liegt nur an den Handys und den Bedienern. Eine dumme Masche seit Jahren. Das ist keine Software, das ist Müll.

Ho la versione premium da anni e ha sempre funzionato bene ma da alcune settimane si perde sempre e non funziona, o lo aggiustate o lo tolgo dal telefono. Proprio ieri ho pagato la quota annuale occhio !!!!

Wir wurden in Italien 🇮🇹 über Berge geleitet die eindeutig für Wohnmobil nicht geeignet waren . Nicht zur Enge Kuben sonder Straßen wo es seitlich 500 Meter bergab ging ohne Leitplanke. Straßen wo wir Reingefahren sind die nur für Fahrzeuge bis 2.00 breite Fahrzeuge geeignet sind. Hierfür gab es keine Warnung und keinen Hinweis. Echt schade

You might think you have a working edition when you buy Premium, but NO!!!.

I bought the Premium version, lifetime, I bought caravan version, and hoped everything was working, but when I should use it, I found out that Android Auto also costs money. You have to buy an additional version for that too.
Everything single thing in Sygic costs money, money, money.
Don't buy
I will go back to Google Maps.

Una fregatura enorme, pagato la versione premium ma impossible farlo funzionare, è la 19 volta che reinstallo le mappe ma il navigatore mi chiede ogni volta fi scaricare le mappe ,ergo immondizia che non funziona, non vi fate fregare sono soldi buttati
E una grande perdita di tempo r fi giga , dovrebbero vergognarsi al solo proporlo.
