I"m a keyboard player and entrepreneur and I was preparing for band practice for an important gig coming up this weekend. I didn't have time to create the sounds for the material that needed for practice like I normally do, so for the first time ever, I decided to research sound libraries online to see if I could save time. I found Synthonia. Great sound library btw. I purchased a sound bundle from Synthonia but I didn't get the email with the downloadable link for that bundle. I did receive a notice that there would be a slight delay because they have to manually handle all of the orders by hand and directed me to SynthCloud(access to the product is instantaneous following the purchase) for all future orders with a help link if there were any issues. I ended up chatting with Lucy at SynthCloud. I let her know the urgency of getting that sound bundle. She was very courteous and focused on accommodating me and within 10 minutes she had it figured out and I had my bundle downloaded into my computer. Quick and easy! The sounds are great. I love creating my own sounds but I don't have as much time as I use to. I'm very pleased with this company and their products!~ Highly recommend them if your interested in saving time and leveling up your sound! Dr John

I have buying products from Synthonia and Synthcloud for over 5 years. For almost every synth I have and I have around 20 of them. Over the years I've hit a few issues loading products into some synths. Everytime I've reached out to them they have resolved the issues. Top notch customer service, a rarity in this day and age. Keep up with the fantastic product library and look forward to my next purchase.

I have been a loyal customer of Synthcloud for years. I primarily use their Dream Theater lead and shredding patches with my Korg M3, and they are exceptional. The sounds are extremely well-crafted and perfectly replicate the original parts. Synthcloud truly offers top-notch sound quality. I recently purchased the Jean-Michel Jarre Covers Pack Volumes 1–6 from Synthcloud, and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the support I received.

There was a small mix-up initially, as I only received Volumes 1–4, but once I got in touch, the response was absolutely first-class. Both the company and the programmer were incredibly helpful, friendly, and quick to sort everything out — which really says a lot about their professionalism and commitment to customers.

The sound packs themselves are outstanding. The quality, attention to detail, and authenticity of the sounds truly capture the spirit of Jean‑Michel Jarre, making them an absolute joy to use.

I purchased the Ultimate Pianos for my Yamaha MODX M6 to get the sound of the White Grand, plus 6 other piano sounds. It was super quick to get the library files, just a couple of minutes and they all sound very good with clear noise free samples and multiple velocity layers. Lucy from the SynthCloud team helped me with my order when my payment initially didn't go straight through very promptly via email. Will definitely use again.

I have had an excellent experience with them, they are extremely helpful and if you have any issues they are with you every step of the way and you can't get much better than that so my opinion is if your on the fence about buying from them, go ahead and you won't be disappointed.

I'd like to report that I had trouble installing the samples on the Wavestate with the soundbank Synthwave Exploration V1 . So I sent an email to let them know I wasn't successful . I received excellent support via email and WhatsApp ! They even sent me a video on how to fix it . After a few WhatsApp messages back and forth , it was resolved ! Thank you for the excellent help . I will definitely be purchasing from you again .
