Great service. Car picked up and dropped off.
Tristan kept us informed of progress of the service and any other works that needed to be carried out as well as receiving a video from the technician.

Popped in for "just a look" and was made very welcome, not judged at all. Wow, what a place, the largest Aston Martin dealership in Europe. Did you know it takes at least 200 hours to assemble an Aston Martin and only 37 minutes for a Porsche 911 😯

Pre warranty (post purchase) check
Had a standard pre-warranty/post purchase check for piece of mind, all staff interfaces positive including follow up queries & clarification. Minor disappointment on whole morning to carry out inspection.

Fantastic dealership that couldn't do more to accommodate.
Able to get the first MOT test booking on the day which was perfect. When the booking was made I asked if it was possible to have somewhere to work. The dealership provided a private room which was fantastic along with high speed WIFI allowing me to host my zoom calls that morning.

Quality work, Quality staff
Completed the work to the required standard, on time and the staff are ALWAYS knowledgable, friendly and have time to spend with customers - oh and viewing some incredible cars in the well stocked showroom helps a bit too!

Cannot fault it! Staff and service excellent.
Aston Martin have serviced my F1 edition from new, plus all my Astons since, work and personal and I can’t fault the staff at all. Service is always spot on, service is excellent and it feels like visiting friends-staff continuity is a big thing for me and I know most of the team now. Enjoyed the convoy and opportunity to meet other Aston owners-looking forward to the next one!

Fantastic customer service received…
Fantastic customer service received from Georgia at Nottingham Aston Martin, from enquiry through to purchase the process was perfect. Timings were in line with expectations; all of the vehicle prep had been carried out and Georgia easily answered every concern or query I had. Well done Georgia and the team, would definitely purchase from there again.

Great experience
I had an excellent experience with Aston Martin Nottingham. My car was collected and the fault with door locking diagnosed and fixed. The repair was less expensive than initially thought and despite a short delay in receiving the part only due to supply shortages the car was returned clean and perfect. The health check was reassuring and without faults. All round a great experience with a great company.

Very good experience buying a car from sytner select, Simon and Ash were very helpful explaining everything in detail to me and making sure I understand it all! They were also very kind, polite and helpful.

Excellent service from booking the car in through to it being returned.First time I have used this particular Aston dealership,and would have no hesitation in using them again in the future.
Having had a poor experience at a previous Aston dealer last year,refreshing to deal with a quality company.

The dealership works hard, on what often seems to be challenging circumstances. I feel the team endeavour to do their very best, but often securing parts and the factory having accurate details of my vehicle seem challenging, so longer visits to the dealership for my car if not uncommon. Thankfully the car is a summer so these visits can be managed.
