I had two Bentleys recently serviced with your firm. I would like to say that I have not at anytime over the years had such a pleasurable and totally professional service as I did by a fine fellow called Sharzly. He has been the most charming, thorough and knowledgeable person I have ever dealt with at Bentley in over 20 years. If it was my firm I would promote to a high position in the company and to train and ensure other employees act in the manner he does.

Great customer service.
Took my McLaren to the Aftersales Centre for a service and MOT. The car was worked on by Jamie who has looked after my car since new. He was very polite and I have every confidence in him. Sam is my contact and he looked after myself and my wife in his usual friendly and courteous manner. The tour around the service area was most impressive.

Spoke to Mark ref to a problem connecting an old phone to the car, never encountering this problem before he went and looked into this and sent an email less than an hour later. He called me back the follo9day as a courtesy to follow up to give me more info. Could not ask for more service

Totally dissatisfied with the service I…
Totally dissatisfied with the service I was given picked my car up only to find out there was still a problem. Phoned up just told to bring it back leave it with us find your own way home. You need to either pick it up yourselves & leave me a vehicle so I can get on & do my job instead of wasting my time which takes over 2 hours !!!!

Service fine, poor communication
Service fine and very courteous, but communication and follow up poor. I specifically booked service drop off and collection dates after discussion to allow time for wheel refurbishment, but on arrival was told that the relevant person wasn’t in that day and I’d have to wait to see if he had time to fit my job in. After chasing the following day I was told that he didn’t do my type of wheel at all (a standard Bentley fitment) but I could have the number of a local expert (local to the garage but not to me). As I’m thinking of changing the car I also asked for it to be appraised and valued during the days it was with the garage to allow any inspections required. Despite receiving a promise of a call the same day and chasing 3 times I’m still waiting 10 days later. Disappointing after 9 years of loyal custom.

Faultless service all round. Special mention for Sam and Andy who are extremely efficient, knowledgeable and true petrolheads. A pleasure to deal with these guys and a big part of the Mclaren ownership experience for me. How it should be done.

For what was an extremely coveted moment in my life, acquiring my Bentley was a really special occasion. Bentley Manchester did not dissapoint. From the get go, Jan was wonderfully professional, informative and extremely helpful in making every aspect of my purchase special. I've had several points of contact mainly the parts and service guys who are always helpful and professional. This is why I make the trip to Manchester from Nottingham even though there is a Mclaren dealer closer who did not inspire confidence. A thank you to Paul in parts and Sam in Service
