One of the most pleasurable “start to finish” experiences of purchasing a car car that I have ever had. After the toing and froing with regards to the part exchange price and discount offered(very slight might I add!),It was second to none! The sales person that I dealt with(Zachary) and the Manager (Sid) were always at the end of the phone and questions on purchasing my first Ferrari were dealt with and answered in a courteous and professional manner. On handover he flew all the way to London to do it himself!! Well done to all at Graypaul Ferrari.

Very professional outfit, very pleasant people. Always kept well informed via email, calls etc regards the progress and cost of actions carried out on my vehicle.

Excellent service as usual, its not often that you look forward to taking your car for a service but with these guys I always do and they never disappoint. I brought my neighbours daughter with me to collect my car, she is a bit of an F1 and Ferrari fan. She was made to feel very welcome and got a tour of the workshop, she loved it. Thanks again!

The event was enjoyed by both my wife and myself. The representative from Ferrari was very knowledgeable and the local Ferrari team gave us a warm welcome and hospitality. It was a good day with interaction with various Ferrari owners. It looked like the event was a success during our scheduled visit.

The location of Graypaul Edinburgh is difficult to get to from Aberdeen (been doing it for many years) so I try to minimise visits as much as possible. I was in contact with Graypaul many months ahead of the visit so that I could arrange; a service, a recall repair and the fitting of a dedication plate (first 3 attempts were not as ordered). The arrangement was for the car to be dropped off on a Monday and collected the following Friday, to give sufficient time for the recall repair. In the end the recall repair was not performed (kit had not arrived) and the only action on the service (given low mileage) was a pollen filter replacement. You shouldn't be booking cars in for repairs when you don't have the required kits. The pollen filter replacement could have been done as I waited or at the worst, we were planning on staying a night in Edinburgh so could have collected the car the following day. There is still no sign of the correct dedication plate some 14 months after taking delivery of the car. The people I deal with at Graypaul are polite, friendly, etc., although I fell that I have always to call them to get any information, status updates, etc. To give an indication of the travel required, it took over 4 hours to drive home from Graypaul on the Friday, because of very heavy traffic congestion in Edinburgh.

Harry the sales executive was very helpful from the first phone call. Talk through the deal which i was happy with.

Kevin, Steven and the service team have been absolutely brilliant. My Maserati has had a number of issues and they've always been fixed promptly and I've been kept up-to-date at all times. I feel they've done their utmost to help in any way they can and have been a pleasure to visit (even when paying the bills)!

Recently purchased a Levante, Harry Wallace was great to deal with and listened to what I was looking for before recommending a vehicle. Pricing for part exchange was also very fair.
Although pre-owned vehicle was immaculately presented as new, it’s stacked with comfort features and a dream to drive. I had anxieties about purchasing without test driving during COVID there was a 14 day period to return vehicle which was obviously not required. Add to that extensive warranty.
Wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from company again.

My car was booked in for it's first service and to have the charging system checked. The appointment was confirmed and polite reminder of the Covid 19 rules sent a couple of days before the date. A loan car was provided and ready waiting on our arrival at the dealership. Kevin, the Service Manager, met us and checked there was no further requirements we wished them to look at.
The car service and battery check were completed and car valeted for our return, ready for the drive back to Aberdeen. Again, Kevin met us to go through the details of the work and apologise for being unable to provide any hospitality due to the rules.
My experience with Ferrari GrayPaul was first class and every person we came into contact with, were thoroughly professional and friendly. This was my first experience of the Service side of the company after only previously dealing with Sales and has only increased my belief they provide their customers with five star service. In my experience over the years of various dealerships, GrayPaul Ferrari is the only one which has come close to exceeding my expectations. I believe this is the result of the management of Dominic Bell who, from what I've seen, has a real understanding of Customer Focus. I look forward to this continuing in the future. Many dealerships claim to offer Five Star Service but in my opinion, GrayPaul Ferrari is the only one I've experienced.

Efficient pick and delivery service. Car always well valeted. No problems on car to be fixed. Always easy to get a hold of the service manager to discuss status etc.

My call to Kenneth Purdon of Bentley Edinburgh resulted in me buying a mint perfection 2000 mile silver Bentley GTC W12 within a few minutes. Kenneth was very polite, friendly, professional and answered all my questions beautifully. He arranged to deliver my car free of charge to Dorset, and it arrived in mint condition. He also arranged a professional Bentley video of my car with my unique specially designed Bentley flying B mascot in their showrooms, which I was extremely pleased about.
The whole experience was quite faultless and as I have purchased a different GTC each year for the past eight years, it culminated in buying the very best of them all from the best of all Bentley showrooms, Bentley of Edinburgh.

I am really impressed with the changes at Sytner Ferrari Edinburgh. The team work well and go the extra distance to assist and support the clients. I thoroughly enjoyed recent purchases as well as Service support received.
