Absoloutely first class service from the entire team from start to finish, special mention to Stepehen for his attention detail when handing over the car.

My experience with the Sytner group began at Porsche Glasgow. Im now a Gray Paul Ferrari customer and the service levels have been exceptional since the beginning. The culture, the people are as important as the products and they are near perfect! Well done to everyone involved.

The experience I had at Graypaul Ferrari Glasgow was a very humbling one, the service and the staff at this branch were exceptional, they went above and beyond!
My 355 developed a fault that couldn’t be repaired in time for my nieces wedding, my niece wish was for me to collect her in the 355 on her wedding day, as my car was not ready, so what did Graypaul Ferrari Glasgow do, they stepped in and gave me a Ferrari 296 for the weekend so that I could pick my niece up for her wedding, as mentioned above a very humbling experience and I can only thank the staff for this very kind gesture! My niece was buzzing and very thankful! So Graypaul Ferrari Glasgow I thank you all from the bottom of my heart! What a company, this has got to be one of the top UK companies if not the best in my opinion with regards to customer service! I have my 355 back now which was returned to me in pristine condition! Thank you Jodie, Omara, Douglas, Laura, the technicians and management, I wish you all success!

When I arrived I was greeted by the receptionist and shown to a comfy seat in the showroom and offered a welcoming coffee white waiting on the service advisor after the car was booked in I was given a tour of the new showroom
And the same again when I collected the car.

From my initial enquiry throughout the sales process to collection and aftersales, everyone I have interacted with has been extremely helpful, professional and a pleasure to deal with.

The car had numerous faults when driven home
I was told local Ferrari dealerships did not have time to look at it
The Glasgow dealership were not proactive in solving this problem
I have just come back to Ferrari with this car after owning numerous Ferrari bought through Ferrari Manchester and have bought 3 cars in the last 6 months through your dealerships a Jag and a Rolls and the Ferrari customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced

The experience was excellent from start to finish by Ferrari Glasgow. Craig and his crew are so passionate about the Ferrari brand and the way they look after their clients in every respect.
