I saw my BMW Z4 advertised in Graypaul Maserati and my initial thinking was as it was selling very high end cars they would prep the car correctly,cutting no corners even tho the car war nearly 6 years old,give superb service and give a fantastic warranty.
I was not disappointed!!
Their eye for detail was second to none both pre,during and post sale.
I would highly recommend using this business if you are looking for a top class car with top class service from extremely polite and professional staff.

I am always impressed with the level of attention by the service team. While there, for a service, I met with the sales team, Luke in particular, who showed me the Gregales available. Unfortunately due to an accident to my existing Grecale I needed to replace it. I was guided and assisted through the procedure to make the whole transaction as trouble free as possible. Excellent customer service with a happy outcome. I am delighted.

After a long and arduous journey with a result that didn't quite pan out the way I wanted. I must say that the level of service and attention I received from Jordan at Grey Paul Maserati was exceptional. Both he and his manager Gregg left no stone unturned in my attempt to purchase a Levante and I can only thank them for their efforts and level of professionalism. I cannot recommend these guys enough. In an industry with not the best reputation, my experience with Jordan in particular was top class.

I had a mixed experience with Sytner Group at their Edinburgh location. While the initial sales interaction was pleasant, including excellent service from Luke and Stuart, I faced significant challenges with aftercare. After purchasing a Maserati, I encountered multiple issues with the car, and getting repairs under warranty proved to be difficult. Sadly, I had to sell the car back at a loss. Although the staff was welcoming and attentive during the buying process, my overall experience was marred by the after-sales service.

What can I say. So nice when selling me the maserati but as one customer said when we picked up the car…”another victim” I totally get that ! Sold it as had to fight for every issue I had with the car which were many ! Didn’t notice that rear of car had been re sprayed when sold to me either. Felt it was more off the road than on it. I was offered a gift to compensate from my bad experience but that was never received, I lost so much money selling car back which I had no option as car was sitting depreciating whilst sitting waiting to be repaired.

Poor after care. Had to argue for everything to get repaired and car was under warranty.
Ended up selling car back to them at a huge cost. Just not a good experience at all. Expected better from Maserati but both them and dealership were poor.
Do not believe the reply below as resolution never happened.

Pricing of the car was competitive and the service provided by Luke was excellent. Thank you also for the few little extras! It was actually very easy to order the car over the phone and have it transported down to Berkshire - Thank You!

Everyone in the dealership makes you feel welcome & a valued customer. Luke, the sales person I dealt with, was kind, attentive, knowledgeable & could not have been more helpful.
It's the little things that count, & I was taken care of every step of the way. Edinburgh is my closest Maserati dealership to where I live in Tyneside, but it's well worth the journey to experience their service.
