I’ve have experienced many supercar dealerships, but this is of one the best.
Even the principle is approachable and made the effort to speak to me.

Great do deal with and Alex was fantastic

What a great experience we had in Birmingham buying our first Lamborghini that we had worked so long and hard for. From walking in and being greeted by the girls on reception, to being shown around the showroom by Alex and also being introduced to the management, we were made to feel very special. Alex was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and answered every question we had. It was so refreshing. The aftersales service is excellent too and we look forward to a long relationship. Thank you so much.

Andrew was a joy to deal with, as was Becky.

Everything was seamless and even the girls on reception gave us gifts as well on the day my wife and I collected the car.

Where do we start!
From the moment we walked in to Lamborghini Birmingham, right down to the hand over, we received an exceptional service. Absolutely faultless.
Upon meeting Alex Warren, we just knew we wanted to place the order for a brand new car. We couldn't have asked for anybody better to share our journey with.
Alex even joined us in Italy to spec the car, and kept us updated throughout. Alex's Manager Chris also kept in touch, especially during lock down, to keep us fully updated.
We just couldn't have asked for a better service. It just can't be improved. We really felt as though we mattered, and they just couldn't do enough for us.
Whenever we walked into the showroom, we felt warmly welcomed, the entire team were an absolute delight.
When the car arrived from the factory, it was swiftly collected by Reep Midlands as arranged by Alex to carry out some personalisations. Again, exceptional service from start to finish. Alex was always 2 steps ahead.
Upon collection, we were met with a warm welcome once more, and they had even arranged a videographer to attend to capture the car on collection day. It was such an amazing gift, which we will always cherish.
Not to mention other gifts received on the day, which was such a lovely surprise. It really hit home how much our business was appreciated.
Their are so many more things to mention, i could go on and on.
It has been such an amazing experience, and we are just so glad we chose Lamborghini Birmingham. We would never go anywhere else now. Superb, from start to finish.

Fantastic service from Ellie who arranged a factory visit for myself and my sons to spec my new Urus. They also invited us to play golf at the Belfry and do some additional trim detailing at the showroom once the vehicle arrived. The car looks, sounds and drives stunning! Well done Ellie and her team. Sytner should be proud!

Nothing less than what you would expect from a top brand dealership, Birmingham is making Lamborghini proud. Nothing is too much and they do their utmost to accommodate all requests. Chris Synnott, top salesman, I know you’re probably thinking these cars sell themselves but trust me the salesman can make it a fantastic experience by really making you feel part of the Lamborghini family.
