Friendly and helpful staff.

Faulty passenger door handle.booked the car in for repair under manufacturer ‘s warranty.They said it only needed lubricating and was now fixed.I took the car home and then tried the door handle,it was still not opening from the outside.So had to book it in again.They had it all day and told me they had located the fault and had to order parts,so had to arrange another visit.I checked with the parts department 2 days later who told me no parts had yet been ordered.After I contacted the service manager and basically tore a strip off him and told him this was not acceptable he agreed to collect the car and return it when it was fixed.It was not returned until the next day,so two full days to fix a 30min job.Not impressed.!!So a total of 4 days and driving there and back with two cars wasting time and fuel.The only consolation was that they topped up the petrol tank.I sincerely hope I don’t have any serious mechanical problems as I think I will just book it in to the local specialist garage for repair,it would probably work out cheaper and more convenient.The actual purchase went fairly well,but the after sales service needs a big shake up.I hope the other dealerships are better than the Leicester branch.!!

My family were buying from Leicester Audi and I was with them during the process. I bought an Audi myself last year from a garage and Hakam was very helpful as he helped me set up my Audi connect on the app which was something I wasn’t aware of until he was explaining it to my family buying their car. Naz at the front desk was excellent as usual, but my car service should have included rectification of warnings and error messages concerning parking cameras, but these problems were not fixed and are still happening every time the car is driven. A solution should have been agreed before the car left the garage.

Polite friendly staff. My car needed a minor repair which was under the vehicle warranty & it was sorted out with no fuss or delay. Car washed & cleaned thereafter.

Took my Audi in for a service. Greeted by a very friendly man who immediately offered a coffee for me and my wife. Made us feel very welcome. All work completed without fuss.

Very good experience from start to finish. I purchased the vehicle without seeing it in person as it would have been a 9 hour round trip. Sent details and video of the car I wanted and all went well. Arranged to meet Samya at Harrogate Audi as it was a bit closer for me to travel to. My only small gripe is I think all the Audi franchises could make more of an effort to get the car to the nearest garage to a buyers location if they ask for it. I would have been happy to pay for a service like that as it was still a 6 hour round trip for me.

I had a great experience with Audi Leicester when buying my Audi A1. Hakim Boutrab was really polite, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Everything was done really quickly — I came in on Tuesday and was able to pick up my brand new car the very next day. Hakim took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. I ended up getting a brand new car for a really good deal, which I was very happy with. Hakim Boutrab, really good retailer who gave our family the perfect deal and found the best car for our family as we do alot of road tripa across europe so we need a car which has space and performance aswell as some luxury aspects to it. I had plenty to say about the after sales service I received from this dealer, but having just taken delivery of a brand new Q7 Audi Leicester have exceeded a sales expectation in terms of professionalism and efficiency throughout the sales process from order to delivery. Thank you Audi Leicester.

This Audi Sytner dealership is the worst Sytner dealership I have ever encountered. Staff are rude, lack professionalism, accountability and service levels poor. Impossible to escalate a concern or a complaint. Promised call backs never happen. I had incredible difficulties in getting the dealership to arrange a courtesy car after they required my Audi for 2 days for a software/electrical fault.

Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. My Audi Q7 went into this dealership multiple times for the same unresolved issues, and despite repeated visits, nothing was ever properly fixed. Each time I was told the problems had been resolved, only for them to reappear almost immediately.

Communication was just as bad as the repairs. I was constantly promised call-backs from service advisors that simply never happened. I had to chase repeatedly, and even then, getting a straight answer felt like pulling teeth. At no point did anyone take real ownership of the situation.

For a premium brand, this level of service is unacceptable. You expect competence, accountability, and clear communication when dealing with a premium brand none of which I received. Instead, My wife and I was left wasting time, driving back and forth, and dealing with the same issues over and over again.

Overall, the experience has completely eroded my confidence in both the dealership and the brand. I would not recommend this service department to anyone expecting professional or reliable aftersales support.

Great personalised service by Hakim Boutrab at Audi Sytner Leicester. He found the electric car we were looking for and helped with the buying process along the way.

Came into the showroom today and wow, Fern Taylor was so warm, welcoming and helpful. Honestly, what a great asset to the business. I will certainly not forget that smile, what a genuinely helpful and wonderful person. 5* service, simply the best.

Very good on the whole. Only negative was that interior clean wasn't very good. Wet film of cleaning agent apparent on surfaces so had to wipe off myself.
