Great service excellent experience from start to finish!

I recently purchased my car and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Lisa in Sales was absolutely brilliant — very attentive, helpful and professional throughout the entire process. She kept me updated, answered all my questions and made everything straightforward and stress free.

I’m delighted with the car and would have no hesitation in recommending the dealership.

In the past Maranello Maserati dealer drove my maserati over 57 miles without my concern or permission and said ROAD TEST and That why I did put complain & now he saying does not want my car in his service department

Im surprised how you are unaware of this situation.

I purchased my 3rd Maserati yesterday from
Lisa Jackson and Paul Eaton at Maserati Ascot.
Lisa Jackson has sold all of the cars to me, a Levante and now a second Grecale. Buying a car from Lisa is a totally enjoyable and unpressured experience while in a beautiful showroom with a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. My wife and I have experienced purchasing New Alfas, Jaguars, Porsches and Mercedes….. this is the best.

Great service, not pushy salesmen, took time to consider the best option.

Extremely knowledgeable & courteous staff. Makes buying a car a pleasant social experience, like living in ones own infomercial.

The team listened to what I was looking to do and that the financials had to work as well. They came back with a proposal that worked for everyone and from then on the process was effortless and a joy. I only went into the showroom originally for an ice cream!

The best car dealership experience I’ve ever had. There is a relaxed, non-pressured pride in the Maserati brand that is epitomised by Nicola John and her colleagues Neil, Sophie and Paul. Nicola’s product knowledge and interest in the customer (me!) were outstanding. I am now the proud owner of a Granturismo Trofeo and I love it.

From the moment we walked into the showroom, We were greeted with nothing but professionalism and a genuine passion for the brand. My wife and I had only popped in to take a look at the available options and within a short time we were convinced that a Maserati is the next car for us. Yes, the cars are exceptional pieces of engineering, but the entire process Was not a hard sell. This made our choice so much easier and ultimately of our own volition. Adrian was brilliant throughout the process and made our lives very easy given our tight time frames within which to complete the transaction. His colleague Neil was equally up to the task. We have only just taken delivery of the car and are certain it will not have any issues.
