The Service department went out of their way to help me avoid having to make a long trip back the next day.They kindly completed the work on my car and were charming.

Not much went right

Everyone was very helpful and they provided answers to questions quickly and effectively

Mike the service chap could not have helped more, even driving my car back on a Saturday, I would recommend this company for your autu needs, excellent!

The car was serviced really well and the initial communication was great as was the car collection and return. I provided feedback around the quality of the clean afterwards (and supplied videos) and the communication between the initial collection and the day of return both of which could have been improved.

A standard service and MOT took 5 days to complete and even the service card was not stamped at the end. It now has to be sent back just so it can get stamped.

Also, the Ferrari app takes forever to update that a service has been completed and functions returned to normal. It is really a poorly executed app and car integration tied to poor service systems update processes from franchise dealers.

In summary disappointing…

Excellent pick up and return service

Second time return due to incomplete, shoddy work with untrue explanations and unnecessary delays.

My car was under warranty and Maranello was my closest approved garage at 68 miles away! The first few times it was there I had no issues at all. The staff are very friendly and helpful although sometimes so busy you feel they’re not always listening. However, the last time it was there I was very disappointed when my car was returned. There was a crack on the cup holder cover and marks on the front of the car. Before this dispute was sorted my car went for an MOT in a local garage. Lucky for me it was due as my mind boggles as to what might have happened. The car failed on some work that had been done at Maranellos a few weeks before!! Bolts on the suspension bars were loose!!

I have used Maranello for twenty fours years to service my vehicle.
I always receive a high touch service and feel comfortable that they service my vehicle to the highest standards.

Easy, accurate, friendly, well organised

The Maserati team, Maranello Sales, collected the car and returned it a couple of days later. We also had the use of a car in the meantime.
I particularly liked the explanation given on a video link of the work that had been done and the advice on what work may be needed in the coming months.
The super clean was, of course, the cream on the cake!

Keeping in touch with excellent feedback always a bonus as well as the video run through of the service itself.

I attempted to book a service appointment three times and sent two emails without receiving any response. Eventually, I received a reminder letter from your team, which included an email address. I used that to reach out again, and finally, two weeks later, I received a call to schedule the booking.

Originally, I contacted your service department while my vehicle was still under extended warranty. Unfortunately, due to the delay in communication and booking, my warranty had expired by the time the service was arranged. This experience is disappointing, especially from a small-volume brand known for its premium vehicles.
That said, Chris was excellent—professional, responsive, and true to his word. I’m giving 5 stars to Chris for the service received but one star to your organization.
