Got to say a big thank you to Sam and Andy Hill in the service department, I've been having my cars serviced by McLaren Manchester for the past 8 years and found the level of customer service exceptional, in particular the attention to detailed portrayed by Sam is what I would interpret as what makes them stand out above their competitors. Great service from the moment I drop my car off right through to collection.

Purchased my 570s from Manchester McLaren, had an amazing experience. The after care team have been absolutely fantastic, special thanks to Sam who has been superb. More recently Andy helped me out recently for a minor issue and went above and beyond customer service! Thanks again to all the team.

I purchased a 720s Coupe from McLaren Manchester, and also have my service work carried out by them. I have found their service to be excellent. Particular mention for Sam Britland-Jones, I find him to be knowledgeable, very helpful, and his communication was perfect, a real pleasure to deal with.

In recent years have bought 5 Mclarens from the guys in Wilmslow, always very good service and will always go the extra mile if possible to meet requirements, great team and aftersales service greatly improved since Sam joined

I recently purchased a McLaren 570GT from McLaren Manchester, the entire deal was done over the telephone with Chris Wigglesworth (sale of the McLaren ) and David Lees (purchase of my GT3 Porsche.
I would like to thank both gentlemen for their enthusiasm, attitude and professionalism, it was a pleasure dealing with them both.

When I ordered my "pre owned" McLaren 570S spider, with less that 2000 miles on the clock from McLaren at Manchester I was super excited as this was the first time I had purchased a so called "super car".
when the agreed day arrived for the 570S collection I was so looking forward to actually seeing the car for the first time, and when Chris pulled back the cover in the showroom to reveal the car it was an amazing feeling, I couldn't wait to get in the car and drive it back home to Glasgow, approximately 230 miles, so far so good.
Unfortunately due to my excitement with the car and my haste to get back home, I didn't really "check" the car over and it was only later that day after I had travelled home, that I found a few paint chips on the cars front panels. I took several photos of all the paint damage that was present on the car and emailed them to Chris at the sales department that night.
The next morning I received a call from Chris telling me to take the car to my nearest Sytner Group dealership (Porsche Renfrew) to have the car examined, which I did.
Porsche Glasgow then contacted McLaren Manchester to give them a report on the 570S paintwork. During the next few days I received regular phone calls from Marcus Snee (Sales manager) and Jon Crossley M.D. at Manchester, we then agreed on a suitable and fair compensation package to help with the costs of the repair work.
I can honestly say that the "sales department" at Manchester could not have done anymore, and I would 100% recommend McLaren Manchester to anyone who is thinking of buying one of these "super cars" because they (Manchester) and the McLaren 570S Spider have been excellent.

Great purchase experience from the team at McLaren Manchester, well looked after throughout purchase journey by Chris and the broader team on the day of pick up couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Car was beautifully prepped and presented for handover. A good start to McLaren ownership and the car is definitely living up to expectations. Would recommend this dealership

the sales side were at best slow in product information preparation for delivery was poor to say the least 2hrs delay invoice was not there on delivery we paid for the car 5 days before to say the least we were found the hole experience frustrating and not a pleasant experience that we would have expected from Maclaren delership
