Took my mum out for a little look around the Audi show room & came out with a new car. We had darion help us with everything and couldn’t have been any better!! She is a real asset to the company and would recommended anyone visiting the location deals with her. Brilliant 10/10 experience!

A very good dealership! I was contacted by North Wales Audi in the first place about upgrading my car to a newer model. Unfortunately the first attempt to find a car didn’t work out, partly down to my own indecision. I was however hooked and having to visit the dealership often I kept looking. I did find a car but unfortunately this also fell through. The staff there didn’t give up, especially Darion, and found me car that was perfect and met my needs. Highly recommend as they showed patience, with me, and they're very friendly, informative and
helpful! Darion explained the details of all
purchasing options available so that I was
able to decide what option suited best.

When it came to picking up the new car Kane was extremely helpful and again patient and informative. The whole thing was quick and efficient.

All in all they were very helpful and informative and have even followed up with phone calls to make sure that everything was still ok and running smoothly.

I am really pleased with the services i got from Gareth at the beginning which he send all the details of the vehicle Audi Q8 together with video and also gave me a good price for my vehicle as part exchange so i drove four hours from London to get me new car, The services and completion of my vehicle was doe by kane andrews and it was very easy, timely and excellent service, Kane took me to the vehicle and explained everything and also answers all my question, i was very happy with all the services i got from both sales team ad drove 4 hours back to London with my new vehicle, very enjoyable drive and a great car best car i ever had.

I have just taken delivery of my Audi A4 purchased from North Wales Audi remotely as I live in Leicestershire. From speaking to Paul Dixon and Kane Andrews it has taken 6 days for them to process the order and arrange delivery to my driveway. The car is magnificent and the service has been exemplary . Visited here yesterday after receiving appalling service from another dealer. I was overwhelmed by the professionalism of Darion. She was attentive and eager to help us find the perfect car. She welcomed us with a big smile and made us feel comfortable and well looked after from the offset. Darion was eager for us to look at the different specifications, colours and styles and answered all the questions we had and more! It didn't feel like she was merely trying to get us to make a purchase, I could tell she had a true passion for the cars she sells and wanted to make sure we found the right individual fit for us.
It was a relief to have such a positive experience after feeling so deflated after visiting a different local dealer.

I have been a little hesitant to start visiting enclosed spaces again, but am delighted that I took the step to visit the Audi showroom... I was greeted and looked after by a smashing fella, Dan, he put my mind at rest with the COVID threat, and I felt totally at ease, as the showroom was meticulously clean and perfectly organised to deal with the Pandemic. My visit was first class and I was made to feel so welcome and valued, thank you Dan and the team !! You are setting a very high bar of excellency !!

I called into this dealership because I noticed how spotlessly clean and tidy it looked. The staff were very smartly dressed and seemed very happy. I am looking to buy a car but have been nervous about visiting dealerships because of the Covid Pandemic. I could see that this one was well run with clear social distancing regimes and I felt confident to walk in and look at some of their cars. I spoke to a very pleasant and professional sales person whose name was Darion. She was very helpful without being pushy and showed me several cars as well as explaining the various payment schemes that were on offer. Although I did not buy a car on the day, I fully intend to go back to this dealership once I have sorted my own finance and buy a car. My overall impression of this dealership is that it was spotlessly clean, very well managed and staffed by professional people who were very helpful. Thank you for giving me the confidence to come into the dealership and look at the cars.

I bought a car last week from North Wales Audi and had an excellent customer experience. The showroom was in spotless condition and was laid out to provide very good social distancing. All of the staff were friendly, polite and professional. I was most impressed with the sales executive, Darion, who dealt with the sale. this lady is an ambassador for the dealership and a credit to her team. She knows the product and brand inside out and took the time to demonstrate all of the accessories such as the sat nav to me. She managed the sale professionally and efficiently and I left the dealership feeling happy and confident in the service I was given. My overall impression was that this was a well managed, well run, business with highly motivated and professional staff. I will be recommending North Wales Audi to my family, business associates and friends. Whoever is in charge there is doing an excellent job.
