This was my fourth purchase from Porsche Chester. As usual James was my go to sales executive. As ever, the handover was done in a professional but relaxed way. All of the staff seem to go out of their way to make it a morning to remember from the coffee on arrival to the completion of the purchase.

Purchased an Approved Used Car from here. From the very first contact to collecting the car all staff were excellent. Martin made a superb, detailed and informative video of the car initially, and was very professional and a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. Nice welcome on arrival to collect, car beautifully prepared. If they look after you like this buying a used car, what on earth would it be like buying a new one.

From start to completion of my new car purchase my experience has been a very positive one with the Sales Executive Josh who I found to honest, friendly, constructive and knowledgeable as well as someone who listened too. Indeed the level of communication with Josh has been excellent from first telephone contact through to conclusion and I felt valued whether I ended up purchasing a car or not.
Overall the experience far exceeded my expectations as well as being a complete (and positive) contrast to previous contact with other NW Porsche dealers.
Overall my time at Porsche Chester was enjoyable and all staff were friendly and helpful and indeed I have already highly recommended visiting to prospective Porsche owners.
It was also nice that Helen, Sales Manager, took time to pop over and spend time with me once the transfer with Josh had been completed.

Firstly, id like to express my appreciation to Joshua Seefus. His genuine passion and care to finding us the right car was incredible. We knew from the moment we were greeted by him this was the right guy to deal with. No pressure into buying anything. His focus on us to be happy was his number one priority and we could see it from him.

I was getting a few things done to the car. Adding a sports exhaust, painted alloys and G-tech applied to the car. He arranged all this for me with ease. He even managed to get me a beautiful 911 GTS as a courtesy car which was a joy to have for a few days. After I picked the car up Josh happened to still be on holiday. He took time from his holiday to email and make sure everything was ok with the car and I was happy. For me, taking time from your family holiday to make sure the customer is happy is exceptional customer care! Josh is a credit to Porsch Center Chester. Thank you Josh for all you did and doing for us. Very appreciated.

Secondly, the whole team at Porsche centre Chester are fantastic. Absolutely faultless when needing assistance. I’ve dealt with Nathan, Allan and Kev. Each had their own personal touches to meet my satisfactions. Thank you all for the endless support.

Having been a owner of luxury brands for many years, I've encountered a broad spectrum of customer care. However, my recent experience surpassed all expectations. From the outset, every facet of my needs were meticulously attended to – from the initial enquiry to post-purchase support. It was my first dealings with the porsche centre chester and I ordered my new car April 23 and received it March 2024. I dealt with Joshua Seefus who gave me a 1st class experience and he gave me all the back up information i needed. Also he offered me the porsche masterclass to come back in a few months to improve my knowledge of the car which I think is a great idea.
I would recommend Joshua as your first contact everytime.
