Replacement Wing Mirror Cover
Recently required a replacement wing mirror cover for my Mini Cooper S. Despite a rather disjointed ordering process, Jackie Everett picked up the issue and eventually resolved it. The Sytner original sales order did not specify the wing cover colour or colour code. Notwithstanding this, Jackie trawled multiple systems to establish the correct colour combinations available for the year of the vehicle. Without her diligence and perseverance, we would still not have a clue as to the colour required. Jackie arranged for the cover to be painted and delivered and I fitted it myself. Top customer service from Jackie but issues that need resolving as far as Sytner is concerned.

Great experience
I recently had a major service carried out on my BMW 4 Series at Sytner BMW Chigwell, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.
From start to finish, I was looked after exceptionally well by Was. He is a true professional gentleman with a wealth of knowledge and experience, and he made the whole process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated throughout, and ensured that I felt valued as a customer.
The level of customer service I received was outstanding, and it's clear that Was genuinely cares about providing the best possible experience. My car was returned in excellent condition, and the attention to detail was first-class.
I would highly recommend Sytner BMW Chigwell to anyone looking for quality service and professionalism. A special thank you to Was for going above and beyond – it's people like him who make all the difference.

The recent move to an AI based service system has led to a 1 star review. The lack of personal service, inability to deal with immediate issues, failure to return or respond to requests to call have turned this company from an attentive service to a cost saving group that does not care about customer satisfaction

Great experience/Great purchase
From the moment we walked in and met Daisie Harris one of the sale team, our understanding on what we needed as a vehicle was delivered with the upmost professionalism.

All staffs are friendlyand helpful
All staffs are friendly, polite and helpful especially Amy from the Reception. I have 3 Minis past years and really enjoy my driving . I had my service and MOT yesterday which was good. Inside nice and clean. I am going to buy another Mini Cooper as well which I will pick up on 27/05/2026. I would like to say "Thank you " to sales man Andrew for helping me out during the whole deal.

Deposit not paid back
I went to view a BMW M440i gran coupe and placed a deposit with the caveat that it’ll be returned for any reason I may have. I later notified them I’ll no longer be purchasing the vehicle as I found a cheaper option at another BMW dealership and asked to refund my deposit. It’s been 2 weeks and I’ve still not got my deposit back and no one is picking up my calls. Horrible customer service, I would definitely recommend visiting the Borehamwood branch as the customer service there is not only welcoming and friendly but they care to follow up with you afterwards regardless of whether you purchased a vehicle.
I’m not even going to go into the way one of the sales person spoke to me. Massive contrast to the Borehamwood dealership.
