I had a great experience with BMW Coventry

Everything was great from the very start, managed to get myself a nicer vehicle and pay relatively the same per month. Plus, more tech (being a techie, makes me very happy) !!

Mike and Max were attentive, professional, and very easy to deal with. Communication was prompt and consistent throughout the process, which made everything feel smooth and well-managed. I really appreciated the detailed video that was sent over as it gave me a great sense of the car before moving forward.

Any follow-up questions I had were answered quickly during the day, which made me feel well supported and confident in my decision. Overall, I felt genuinely well served, and the level of customer care stood out.

It was an amazing experience dealing with Maryam for the handover and other queries i had, and also discussing options with Jacob about possible deals and car options. The whole experience made me feel very special as a customer and you and the team are miles ahead of other dealerships I met with.

A very comfortable experience buying a car from Sytner BMW Coventry. Serena from Sales was very attentive and listened to our needs, very helpful in assisting on our car choice. Sean from Finance also very professional and he also made the experience very easy.

Outstanding customer service

The showroom has a lovely friendly atmosphere and the sales people and admin staff have ‘nailed’ the way to ensure everyone is looked after without being intrusive or pushy. As I waited for my car I was supplied with endless coffees and water, and left to read my book in peace. When I looked up I noticed three other ladies were doing the same thing. Great minds think alike. It was interesting to get the video of my MOT and great to know it had passed with flying colours . But the best bit was my car had a complementary wash and vacuum.

Had my X5 serviced, I waited for the car at Coventry BMW, Luke was great and very easy to get on with, very helpful and updated me throughout my wait, very likeable bloke. The ladies also provided me with Coffee and cakes, very enjoyable wait and great experience. Thank you all !!
