Bought a mini countryman from this dealership despite living in Cardiff since they had the model and year I wanted. Despite this distance sale which also involved using my current mini as part exchange, Callum and Dan ensured that this unusual transaction was seamlessly carried out . Bob delivered the car to Cardiff and drove my mini back after we were both reassured about the quality of the cars . Outstanding service!!

Great service, great car!
Having done some research online before I contacted into Sytner Harold Wood, I was delighted with the service that they offered throughout the process. I was kept up to date by my sales champion, Oliver Swan, every step of the way and appreciated his focus on exemplary customer service. I also benefited from the knowledge of Rebecca McCue-Martin, who was able to talk me through the financial services aspect of the agreement clearly. I would definitely recommend Harold Wood Sytner to a friend.

Best experience we have had buying a car
The dealership provided an excellent service and experience in helping us buy a Mini. There were fully engaged with us, emailing and phoning prior to going there, giving us the opportunity to ask any questions. Once there we were not rushed and test drove a couple of cars. Katie Fitzwater gave absolutely
fantastic service. She was polite and very informative and she did not rush my decision .
Her sales manner was perfect and really put me at my ease with what to me was a major purchase.
Her manager Dan Leroy was a pleasure to do business with too. I got the feeling that their was a lot of respect from his colleagues.
Katie thank you for your help and deep understanding and explanation to all my questions.
I was so impressed with them both that I have decided to have my car serviced at Harold Wood when it’s due been though I live in Suffolk!! 10/10
