Amazing experience with Sytner getting my long coveted Mini Cooper! Perfect customer service from Sam Rutter especially; at first flexible and helpful in figuring out what might work for us (what specific Mini/what is affordable/etc) and once that was identified very helpful&professional with thoughtful touches (remembering my birthday!:) )It was a smooth process all the way to picking up our gorgeous new mini. Would highly recommend!

Just bought my sixth mini. Jason Wilkins was kind and patient and made the whole process as easy as possible. He explained everything very clearly and when I picked the car up, it was immaculate. I asked the High Wycombe show room to bring my car (an ex-demonstrater) across from another branch, because I trust the team at High Wycombe so much and wanted to buy the car through the team there. This trust has been built up from years of dealing with Sytner, but in particular with Neil at High Wycombe, who I trust implicitly. I once even drove all the way from Oxford to High Wycombe on my run-flats, so that Neil could sort out my new tyre when I got a puncture.

Zubin & Izzy from the High Wycombe dealership were fantastic. They were both extremely thorough and attentive. We turned up to the dealership with pure intentions to understand more about the Mini brand, pricing and availability. Zubin spent almost all afternoon with us, answering any and all questions we had. We took a car for a test drive that we fell in love with. Izzy helped us with the pricing and we drove the car home that afternoon. Completely spontaneous but completely worth it. I felt very safe and secure in their hands and knew I was entering into an agreement with a well known, trusted brand. Would highly recommend. My only concern was the valeting wasn’t done very thoroughly and we are having to have it re cleaned. They definitely cleaned it which was assuring in a covid world, but there are crumbs still in some areas. However, they did work very quickly and it was my decision to drive the car home that day, so considering they were pushed for time and still managed to do it all, im still happy!

I was dealt with by Jason Martin Sales Executive, who provided an Excellent service, listened to my requirements and budget. Accurate timescales were given as to how long it would take to get my vehicle. I was provided with clear instructions on what paperwork and documentation was required. I was most impressed on patience and time taken to explain how a Mini operated and the highlights and features of car which aided my decision to change from VW. At the same time other staff members at the Sytner Group, High Wycombe were helpful when I needed to make contact via the phone or attended in person. I had exceptional service from Zubin Sayed he listened to what I needed from my car and gently guided me away from what I thought I wanted to the car that fulfilled needs. I can’t speak highly enough of the young man.

Very efficient, courteous and helpful service. We were very happy and love our new Mini. The only point I would add is that I wish I could have had a short lesson in coping with all the bells and whistles offered by the car. As I am not young, I don’t find such things easy.

We were very well looked after by Darren Martin. He was curtious and efficient.

Approached Synter with a view to acquiring a new daily runabout. Not sure which model of mini I wanted, was guided through the range, test drives were organised and having decided on the model and variant a nearly new model was acquired with a 20 year old Rover 75 accepted as partial part exchange.
The salesman (Jason Wilkins) ably assisted throughout.
The result was a simple, successful and trouble free transaction.

I had excellent service from Zubin during a protracted supply time for my new Mini. The delays were due to Cowley and Covid but the end result has been a fabulous new car.
