Poor customer service
Following a recent service when I was advised of a necessary repair, I have been waiting for 4 weeks for a quote. Attempted many times to contact but still no courtesy of a response.

The staff were very attentive
The staff were very attentive. All staff were very friendly.
I was told to expect it to be 3 hours but it was 4.
I asked about my rims that had been sprayed by your dealership and the paint that keeps coming off as I’ve had to have it in 3 times but no one came back to me on that. I’m fed up with this problem.

Multiple issues and a refusal to engage in my complaint
I had several issues with my recent service, including an attempt to charge me 50% extra for my service because I booked over the phone rather than online, parts which I had informed were needed then not being in stock, and being allowed to drive away with a dangerous tyre without someone bringing it to my attention. I have since logged a formal complaint which I have been waiting for more than two weeks for an acknowledgment. Very poor experience, which I wouldn’t exist from Jaguar or Sytner.

Appalling attitude towards servicing.
I have previously found the general attitude and communication very poor regarding servicing an F type. Indeed again this year received no confirmation by email, followed up again no response. Emailed a compliant twice, again no response. Would certainly recommend going elsewhere if possible. Other reviews confirm my experience is not usual. Its a shame because the facility is impressive.

First class part exchange and hand-over experience
Arriving late on a rain soaked day I found Aaron Baker patiently waiting for my arrival. His very pleasant demeanour and welcome was very pleasing and made me and my wife feel very relaxed after such a dreadful journey up from Torbay. Prior to that my initial dealings with Aled Jones was also very professional and to the point, explaining the issues of part exchanging and additional services very well. On hand-over Aaron was clear and precise with his explanations and made the whole process quite straightforward. Full marks to the guys.

Top class service
Ray and George were absolutely fantastic in helping and supporting me whilst purchasing my car from Sytner. They were always on the other end of the phone, and emailing me back straight away with answers to any queries. Have seen and spoken to lots of companies and dealerships selling cars and can honestly say the service here was top class and surpassed any other service I have ever received. Both Ray and George are a credit to the team.

Good but pricy service.
Good but pricy service at nearly £700. Shame a valet and clean could not be included in the price on the day as it was requested.
A voucher for one at a later date was however given. Well done also for recovering my sunglasses stuck in the dedicated overhead bin.

I received a friendly and high quality service during my recent visit to Sytner Jaguar Bristol.
I waited onsite whilst my vehicle was going through its MOT and was made comfortable/offered refreshments, regularly received updates and generally engaged with in a friendly and professional manner.

Terrible Terrible Service
Terrible service. If you are unfortunate enough to have a problem with your car and need this Jaguar garage to fix it be prepared for a 2 month wait. No hire car and no one calling you back. The worst customer service I have ever experienced and I really would have expected more from Jaguar. I am so cross with this company I have now decided that when it gets fixed, if it ever does, I shall be selling my car immediately and investing in something that doesn't have to go through this nightmare JUST to for a simple repair (we already know what the problem is). They don't have enough staff and don't seem to be able to get their act together and then charge a fortune. Really bad service. DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE!!
