Comprehensive Testing
Although I was without the car for almost 6 weeks whilst testing and repairs were completed, communications was generally very good with regular progress updates. Once it became clear that the fault on the car was not going to be rectified quickly, it was difficult to get agreement to provide a courtesy car but this was done successfully after a few phone discussions on a Friday afternoon. The service staff were always friendly and professional and I have a high level of confidence that the problem with my vehicle has been successfully resolved.

The phone/internet booking ‘service’ is appalling and not fit for purpose. A premium brand should provide first class communication with customers. The current system does not! Fix it or bin it.
However, once in the dealership the staff were exemplary and my Range Rover recall work was completed very quickly and I had a good discussion with the service manager regarding the phone/online booking system short comings. A great example of excellent staff let down by poor infrastructure.

Excellent Service
Arriving at the dealership I was greeted by a customer service representative who took delivery of my car and showed me into the showroom. I was offered a cup of coffee and shown the seating area. Sally Gollop introduced herself and took details of my service requirements. Sally dealt with the warranty company and kept me updated with progress. Once the job was completed I was told that the car was given a road test which was all good. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and helpful. The service I received was excellent and I would thoroughly recommend them. I’d like to specifically mention Sally who is an asset to this business.

Outstanding Service from Jack
My business partner and I have now purchased seven vehicles from Jack at Sytner Land Rover Maidstone, and every single time he has exceeded our expectations.
His customer care is second to none, and we genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else to purchase a Land Rover. What really sets Jack apart is his excellent aftercare if something isn’t working quite as it should, he is always quick to help and makes sure everything is resolved.

Terrible service
Really awful. They now have an automated switchboard so it’s virtually impossible to speak to a human unless you’re buying something. Calls are automatically re-routed to WhatsApp and then ignored. I sent 5 messages none of which were answered

A very bad experience at Guy Salmon Maidstone
I had my car booked in for someone to have a look at as i was getting some errors on dashboard.Got there on time and was told it will take 2 to 3 hours so i just waited around and the waiting was just waiting eventually got my car back just after 3-15pm and was told my car would be washed b4 i get it back but no such luck got it back as it was.To top it all up i spoke to a sales person to say i was interested to do a part exchange as there was a nice red jaguar pace on the forecourt and the sales person said no issues and that he will send me all the details to my email as to what they can offer me for my car.I am still waiting for that email to arrive.I do not think Guy Salmon wanted to give me that car.I have been a customer at Guy salmon maidstone for the last 20+ years and i am getting the feeling that either they are making 2 much money now or they do not just want my custom anymore.Good luck on your new showroom pity about the service.

As always, an excellent service from Sytner in Maidstone. Full service, safety check and tyre change and a beautifully clean car at the end of it ! Michael Frost was excellent in managing the process for me.

The vehicle service was fine
The vehicle service was fine, however, I was told this was a maximum one hour service 'while you wait'.
It turned out to be nearly two and a half hours sitting in the showroom waiting for the work to be completed. Don't offer a one hour wait and not deliver on that promise in future!
