Third purchase through Sytner Leicester and again it was fantastic! Fantastic communication from Paige. She is also super helpful and explains everything really clearly.
The staff all get 5 stars. However, I think Mini could have done more to compensate for the really long and unexpected lead time. I understand and events happen that can’t be predicted, but I would have appreciated a gesture!

I had a fantastic experience buying my car with the help of Denice. She explained everything and made me feel comfortable to ask any questions so I went away very happy with my new car. Got my car so quickly and was presented with the car, a big bow on top, and something saying it was my car which I loved! Was shown very thoroughly how to use all the tech in the car and process of handing over was very smooth!
